MBand is a pop rap group (boy band) of Russian origin. It was created in 2014 as part of the television musical project "I want to Meladze" by composer Konstantin Meladze.

Nikita Kiosse is from Ryazan, was born on April 13, 1998. As a child, I wanted to represent Russia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, but did not win the selection.
At the age of 13, he got on the musical project of the Ukrainian TV channel "1 + 1" "Voice. Child. He got into the team of the Ukrainian singer Tina Karol and reached the final of the project. The youngest member of the group.
Artem Pindyura is from Kyiv, was born on February 13, 1990. Artem has been acquainted with the musical sphere from a young age. However, the guy did not go to music school.
In the circles of rap artists, he was very famous, performed under the nickname Kid. Before entering the big stage, he worked as a bartender in one of the Moscow strip clubs.

Anatoly Tsoi from the city of Taldykorg (Kazakhstan), but also has Korean roots, was born on July 28, 1989. He took part in the Kazakh version of the musical project The X Factor. He also conquered the stage of another Kazakh reality show SuperStar KZ (an analogue of the famous British show Pop Idol).
Project "I want to Meladze"
This project has become the personification of the female musical project “I Want V VIA Gru”, the creator of which was also Konstantin Meladze. He has already created a women's group, now he decided to acquire only male wards.
In the spring of 2014, a casting for the project appeared on the Internet. After several months of selections and hard work, the search for the perfect line-up was crowned with success.
In the autumn of the same year, the premiere of the show took place on the television screens of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. After blind auditions, qualifying rounds, during which Meladze made the final decisions, the fate of the participants was decided by the viewers. They cast their votes every week for those they like.
As a result, groups were created headed by one of the mentors: Sergey Lazarev, Anna Sedokova, Polina Gagarina, Timati, Vladimir Presnyakov, Eva Polna. However, there were 9 groups, 6 of them were selected by the mentors, 1 of them passed by the decision of Konstantin Meladze, 2 of them left the show.
The guys did not end up in the same group from the very beginning, before the last release they were again transformed. Initially, Tsoi was in the team of Anna Sedokova, Pindyur and Ramm were in the team of Timati. And Kiosse is in the team of Sergey Lazarev.
After the guys were in the same group and performed a song that Meladze specially wrote for them, “She will return,” they won the final of the project, led by Sergey Lazarev.
Creativity of the group
In December 2014, the group took their name MBAND. The name does not have an intricate history of creation. And it turned out as follows: M is the first letter of the name of the composer Meladze, the initiator of the project. And BAND is a group, but they took the word in the American style, which was more modern and slang at that time.
The debut work of the group was a video clip for the song "She'll be back." The song "blew up" the music charts of the countries where the project was broadcast. And the clip only strengthened this effect. To date, the video clip has over 100 million views.
The tour schedule was organized by itself, the musicians received invitations from nearby countries. Fans bought up tickets in a matter of hours and stood at the doors of arenas, sports complexes, etc. from the very morning.
MBAND is a group that skipped the club stage. After all, those who wanted to be at the concert of musicians and perform the song “She will return” with their favorites in unison beat all kinds of records. The Russian boy band found its fans and was at the top of the music world in an instant.
Until 2017, the group collaborated with the music label Velvet Music, recording compositions with them:
- "Give me";
- “Look at me” (Konstantin Meladze and Nyusha also took part in the video). This was the last work with Vlad Ramm;
- "Fix Everything" (the song became the soundtrack to the film of the same name, starring the musicians);
- "Unbearable."
"The Right Girl" was the last work of the guys with the music label Velvet Music. The video for the song was filmed in one of the sleeping areas of Moscow. The song won the hearts of fans overnight. The author of the song from lyrics to music is Marie Kraimbrery.
Also, during their work with the label, the guys presented two studio albums to fans: “Without Filters” and “Acoustics”.
MBAND group today
From 2017 until now, the group has collaborated with the music label Meladze Music.
The first work, which was released in collaboration with the composer's label, is called Slow Down. In the composition, as in other songs of the group, we are talking about love. This can already be considered as the creed of the group. The clip was created in slow motion style.
Then the guys released a lyrical love ballad "Thread". The clip, which was filmed during the snowy period, created a special atmosphere, perfectly reflecting the idea of the composition.
Less than a year ago, the composition of the joint work of the guys with Valery Meladze “Mom, do not cry!” Was released.
This work has become relevant on music platforms. After all, then many new artists worked on new material with honored artists of the country.
Then the MBAND group worked with artist Nathan (Black Star label) on the track "Remind the Name". The video clip was liked by both the fans of the musicians and the fans of Nathan.
The work is only 4 months old, today it has 2 million views. The clip can often be heard on the top charts of music channels.
The last work of the group to date, which fans were able to appreciate on May 24, 2019, was the song “Fly away”.
The video was filmed in Bali. The clip, filled with summer, was appreciated by fans.
