Looking at his successful tracks recorded with many of the world's biggest DJs, it's undeniable that 2011 was a year of discovery for young talents. It's no surprise when his first release of 2011 "Street Dancer" went straight to number one on the Beatport World Charts.

He also received a new wave of popularity once again when he released "Levels", which contains a vocal sample of the classic song with Etta James. He ended a successful year with a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Composition thanks to his collaboration with David Guetta on "Sunshine".

With great effort, Avicii strives to make his name stand out among the stars, as well as bring his songs to the masses and make everyone believe that dance music has a deep meaning. Most likely, this is due to his debut album “True”, which was released in the fall of 2013.

The lead single "Wake Me Up" soared to the first lines of the charts in Europe. In 2012, according to experts, Avici was included in the Forbes lists as one of the highest paid DJs in the world. By the beginning of 2013, his profit was estimated at $20 million. In addition, Avicii was on the list of the youngest and highest paid musicians in the world.

A few years later, the musician starts a new job and releases the album Stories. But in 2016, Tim says he plans to take a break from touring due to health issues.

Avicii's style can be called house, folk, or electronic music.

His career rapidly went up exactly until one tragic day. On April 20, 2018, the musician committed suicide in Oman. At first, the idea flew through the media that this was false information for the so-called PR. But it was soon announced that the singer had indeed died.
