Childhood and youth of Gio Dzhioev
The real name of the artist sounds like Gio Dzhioev. The young man was born on the territory of Tbilisi. Gio was brought up in a strict family.
The father tried to instill in his sons the right moral values. Music often sounded in the Dzhioevs' house, so it is not surprising that Gio determined his path while still in his parents' house.
It is known that Gio attended a music school, where he mastered playing several musical instruments at once. Later he took up vocals.
Dzhioev recalled that he was not interested in studying. And even classes at a music school seemed like a waste of time. Gio adored the "yard life".
Together with his peers, he was a hooligan, it was then that he felt at ease. This mood did not suit Dzhioev Sr. very much. In his teenage years, Gio often clashed with his father.
Due to the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict, the family often changed their place of residence. From Georgia, the Dzhioevs had to move to North Ossetia.
From Ossetia, the family moved to Moscow. For the whole family, moving was a huge stress, which does not allow you to “twist” a warm, cozy and family nest.
In 2006, Gio moved to the Komi Republic. He moved there at the insistence of his brother. My brother managed to get his own business there, and he lacked an assistant.

Interestingly, the first performances are not related to hip-hop culture. Dzhioev clearly understood that he had strong vocal abilities.
However, there was no one nearby who could direct Pica's voice in the right direction. Initially, Dzhioev performed with a blues team. How he came to rap remains a huge mystery to him.
He had a career as a hip-hop artist while living in Syktyvkar. Dzhioev had many acquaintances who were involved in music. One evening, Gio came to DRZ, who gave Pique a recently written composition to listen to.
Listening to the melody ended with writing the lyrics. So, in fact, the first track of Gio Peaks "Syktyvkar quarters" appeared. It is this event that can be called the start of the career of a Russian rapper.
