The author of most of the musical compositions is the permanent leader of the group - Mikhail Tanich.
History and creation of the musical group Lesopoval
Speaking about the history of the creation of the Lesopoval group, it is simply impossible not to mention the name of the poet Mikhail Tanich.
It is the infinitely talented Mihaly who is the founder of Lesopoval. Nature rewarded Tanich with a good ear and excellent poetic abilities.
Mikhail's fate cannot be called easy. At the age of 19, young Tanich was called to the front.
He had to go through a bloody war. We also note that Mikhail was awarded a number of orders.
In 1945, he entered the architectural department of the Civil Engineering Institute in Rostov-on-Don.
But in 1947, his fate changed dramatically. He carelessly spoke out at one of the lectures, and therefore, he was condemned to "anti-Soviet agitation."
The young man spent the whole 6 years in the Ural Solikamsk. There, by the way, he began working at a logging site.
Only in 1953, after a large amnesty, Mikhail was released into the world.
The date of birth of the musical group Lesopoval fell on 1992. A journalist asked Mikhail why it hadn't occurred to him to start a band sooner.
He replied that the thought of the war and being in prison was very depressing to him. He didn't want to go on stage. However, he wrote many texts for Soviet pop stars.
In the early 90s, a creative tandem took place. Tanich and his friend Koruzhkov began to write, and then to perform musical compositions written by them.
In the early 90s, the air smells of crime. It is not surprising that young people have chosen such a musical genre as chanson for their group.
In addition to Sergei Korzhukov (vocals), the first line-up of Lesopoval included: Vladimir Solovyov (accordion, choreography), Igor Bakharev (keyboards), Vladimir Putintsev (guitar), Veniamin Smirnov (choreography).
Young people looked very good together, and even better they sang.
However, Lesopoval did not last long in this composition. The composition was constantly changing. For the first time - in 1994, after the death of soloist Sergei Korzhukov.
Then the musical group was replenished with such participants as Sergey Kuprik, Ruslan Kazantsev and Sergey Dikiy. The next changes in the group came in the early 2000s.
Today, the Lesopoval group includes Stanislav Volkov, and since 2008, after the death of Mikhail Isaevich Tanich, Lidia Kozlova has become the project manager.

Debut musical compositions “I'll buy you a house” (popularly called “A white swan on the pond”), “Commandment”, “Three tattoos”, “First girl”, “Bird market”, “Koresh”, “Steal, Russia! » - immediately after the release they become real hits, and receive the status of hits.
A little time will pass, and Lesopoval will shoot his first video clips for songs. The first popularity comes to musicians.
Despite the fact that none of the participants had ever been in the zone, they were very subtly able to convey the mood of that same prison music.
The seasoned slang and loud epithets of thieves' romance helped them in this. However, Lesopoval's tracks still cannot be called aggressive and "thieves". As the author himself said in an interview:
“We sing not only about those who are in prison, but also about those who have come out and want to build a happy life. Everyone has the right to make mistakes, and at the same time, everyone has the right to happiness.”
It is impossible to deny the fact that Sergei Korzhukov made a huge success in the promotion of the Lesopoval team.
Previously, Sergei worked as an ordinary paramedic. He graduated from a medical college, and later entered a music school.
In his free time, he earned money by singing in restaurants.
Each musical composition of the Lesopoval group is a sincere story. Sergey tried to survive this story with all his heart. He gave 100% on stage.
The audience has always been delighted with the performance of the artist.
The audience adored the singer: they approached, thanked, asked for an autograph and a photo. Everyone sobbed at Lesopoval's concerts.

Sergey Korzhukov was the author of more than 60 songs of the Lesopoval group. Unfortunately, the soloist of the group has long been gone from the world.
The young man died at the age of 35. He fell out of the window of his own apartment.
It is still unclear whether it was an accident, murder or suicide. The memory of the artist is still honored by musicians and fans of the Lesopoval group.
After Korzhukov passed away, Tanich's thoughts were to dissolve the musical group. Over the past period, Lesopoval wrote three popular records.
We are talking about the albums "I'll buy you a house" (1991), "When I come" (1992), "Thieves' law" (1993).
On this, Mikhail Isaevich decided to put an end to it, because he believed that no one could replace Korzhukov.
When the fans found out about this, they literally flooded Tanich with letters asking him not to close Lesopoval. As you know, the word of the listener is the law.
Sergey Kuprik came to the place of the tragically deceased vocalist Korzhukov. At the casting, which took place under the guidance of Tanich, Mikhail was literally captivated by the same penetration and sincerity in every line and every note of Kuprik.
By the way, outwardly Kuprik also looked like the deceased singer.
At the end of 1994, the first concert took place with the participation of Sergei Kuprik. With a new performer, the musical group recorded more than 12 albums, excluding collections and live recordings.
The top albums of Lesopoval were the records “Queen Margo” (1996), “101st Kilometer” (1998), “There is no Bazaar” (2003).
2008 was a tragic year for the musical group Lesopoval. Mikhail Tanich, the founder and author of most musical compositions, has passed away.
Lesopoval was left without his ideologist, author, father. Sergei Kuprik was very sensitive to the loss. He could not stay in the group, so he decided to leave the musical group.
But, despite the departure of Kuprik, the team kept afloat. Now Lydia Mikhailovna has become the head of Lesopoval. She, in fact, went in search of new performers.
There was no need to worry about the new repertoire of the group, since the poet left behind over 100 poems. The written poems became texts for new musical compositions.
Lesopoval presented two more albums "Look into my eyes" (2010) and "Flower-Freedom" (2013). And in 2015, the members of the musical group went on an anniversary tour with the new program “I forgive everyone!”.

- As a student, Mikhail Tanich said at one of the lectures that he had been to Germany. He noted that there are very expensive and high-quality radios. One of the students wrote a denunciation against Tanich. Actually, for this, Mikhail was put behind bars.
- The hero of the musical composition "Vityok", which was written to the verses of Mikhail Tanich by the composer and singer Igor Demarin, is the poet's closest childhood friend Viktor Agarsky.
- The slightly prible song "Netochka Nezvanova" from Lesopoval's repertoire may seem like a mockery of Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky.
- Over the years of its existence, the Lesopoval musical group has given more than 100 free concerts on the territory of various pre-trial detention centers of the Russian Federation.
- Mikhail Tanich was strong not only in chanson. The poet is the author of the words of many children's musical compositions created together with Vladimir Shainsky. We are talking about such children's songs as "When my friends are with me", "Secretly around the world", "Catch crocodiles", "A song about dad", "If you went out with a friend" and others.

The Lesopoval group continues to engage in creativity. To date, the discography of the musical group includes 21 albums.
The musicians themselves say that this is an inaccurate number, and they will continue to replenish their "music box" with new works.
2018 marks the 95th anniversary of the birth of Mikhail Isaevich Tanich. Lesopoval did not forget about his "father".
The musicians spent the whole of 2018 on a tour dedicated to this particular milestone event.
