Motorama is a rock band from Rostov. It is noteworthy that the musicians managed to become famous not only in their native Russia, but also in Latin America, Europe and Asia. These are one of the brightest representatives of post-punk and indie rock in Russia.
Musicians in a short period of time managed to take place as an authoritative group. They dictate trends in music, and they know exactly what the track should be in order for it to hit the fans of heavy music.
Formation of the Motorama team
It is not known exactly how the history of the creation of the rock band began, but one thing is clear for sure - the guys were united by a common interest in music. The composition, familiar to many modern fans, was not formed immediately after the birth of the group.
The team is currently led by:

- Vlad Parshin;
- Max Polivanov;
- Ira Parshina.
By the way, the guys are united not only by love for music and a common brainchild. Each of the team members is a resident of Rostov-on-Don. In the band's video clips, you can often see the beauties of this provincial town, as well as inserts from documentary films.
Concerts of musicians are held in a special atmosphere. Their music is not devoid of meaning, so in order to feel the compositions, sometimes you have to think a little.
Creative way and music of the group
Already in 2008, the team pleased with the release of their debut mini-album. It's about the Horse record. Exactly a year will pass and fans will enjoy the tracks of the fresh EP - Bear.
At the beginning of their creative path, the musicians played exclusively post-punk. The vocalist's style and voice have often been compared to those of Joy Division. The guys were even accused of plagiarism.
The musicians were not offended at all by such a comparison, but nevertheless they decided to develop their own style of presenting musical material. Everything fell into place after the presentation of the full-length album Alps in 2010. In the compositions that led this album, the intonations of the twi-pop, neo-romantic and new wave genres were clearly traced. Fans also noted that the tracks are no longer depressing and have taken on a completely different shade of mood.
The presentation of the LP was followed by the recording of One Moment singles. After that, the guys went on their first European tour, during which they visited 20 countries. Around the same period of time, they visited the Stereoleto, Exit and Strelka Sound festivals.
In the same year, the musicians were incredibly lucky. After the band's performance in Tallinn, representatives of the French company Talitre got in touch with them. The guys received an offer to re-release the old one, or to release a new longplay.
The musicians seriously approached the study of the conditions prescribed in the contract. After some thought, the guys agreed. Thus, they presented the fourth longplay at the new recording studio. We are talking about the collection Calendar. The fifth studio album was also recorded on the new label.
From that moment on, the compositions of the Rostov rock band became in demand also in Asia. Soon they were poisoned in a large-scale tour of China.
In 2016, the musicians presented the album Dialogues to fans of their work. Longplay was warmly received not only by fans, but also by music critics. In support of the collection, the guys went on tour, and after that they presented the Many Nights collection. The album was released in 2018.
Motorama at present
In 2019, the band's tour across the territory of the Russian Federation started. Concerts started in Moscow and St. Petersburg. As always, the geography of the tour affected European cities. The musicians spend a lot of time abroad and are not yet going to live in Rostov on a permanent basis.
The team has official pages on Instagram and Facebook. They publish the latest news on their official website. It is updated regularly.
The following year, the team left Talitres and created their own label, I'm Home Records, which included new projects - "Morning", "Summer in the City" and "CHP". In the same year, the presentation of the singles The New Era and Today & Everyday took place.
2021 did not remain without musical novelties either, since then the presentation of the next album took place. The record was called Before The Road. Recall that already the 6th album of the group, the previous one - Many Nights - was released in 2018. The new release was released on the artists' own label I'm Home Records.
