An intriguing name, a wonderful performance of songs, a lust for life - these are the insignificant things that characterize this unique group that has won worldwide recognition.
The history of the founding of the Numer 482 group
This wonderful team was created in the last years of the outgoing millennium - in 1998. The "father" of the group is a talented vocalist Vitaly Kirichenko, who owns the idea of the group's name.
At first the name was very cumbersome, later reduced to a minimum. Everyone appreciated the originality of the name.
The numbers 482 are symbolic for the inhabitants of Ukraine, this is a barcode of Ukrainian goods. And for Odessans, such a set of numbers is doubly symbolic - this is the telephone code of the city, and after all, the group was created in Odessa.
Creative activity of the group
The rapid rise of the team's career began only four years after its creation, with the move to Kyiv. Already in 2004 the band recorded their first album Kawai.
2006 was the most prolific year for the band. The second album of the group with the same name "Number 482" was released.
In the same year, three video clips were shot: "Heart", "Intuition" and "No", thanks to which the group was very popular. The following year, a new clip "Thriller" was released.
The group's popularity has grown exponentially. The undeniable leadership of the Ukrainian rock band, the recognition of its best in the homeland contributed to the fact that the team was chosen as the representative of Ukraine at the "Euro Tour" in 2008, held in Switzerland.
She performed well at this festival. European recognition brought the group to the attention of rock fans. Increasingly, they were invited to various prestigious festivals. Not a single significant Ukrainian festival was held without their participation.

Album Good Morning Ukraine
In the summer of 2014, the updated line-up of the group released the album Good Morning, Ukraine. The listeners liked it so much that it soon became a hit on all the major radio stations in the country. The album has become a new hallmark of the band.
This year is marked by frequent concert tours. The group "Numer 482" became a member of a volunteer tour in Eastern Ukraine. The purpose of the festival is to promote Ukrainian culture.
The following year, the group presented a new album "Important", which immediately took a leading position on Ukrainian radio stations.
Together with the song "Good morning, Ukraine" it was used in the movie "Contestant - Death Show", which was released in 2017.
The constant search for new passionate ideas, trends, a passionate desire to surprise and please their fans led to the decision to invite a musician, an expert on keyboards, to the group.
Until the mid-1990s, all groups working in the rock music genre did not consider it necessary to use keyboard instruments in the arrangement. As they themselves said: "The keyboardist is the fifth wheel in the rock cart."
Their presence in the group was considered a sign of bad taste. However, the desire of the group to complicate the music, to add colors to it, made the guys invite Alexandra Saychuk to the group. Both the style of performance and the composition of the group have become new.
2016 is dedicated to the development of a concert program, with which the band brilliantly toured in Kyiv and Odessa.
Multiple changes in the composition of the group
It is generally accepted that stability is the key to the success of any business. How much effort and time it took for the group to ensure that the team became a single musical organism.
But 2006 left them without a drummer. His addiction to alcohol and drugs caused Igor Gortopan to leave the group. I had to hastily replace him with a new musician Oleg Kuzmenko.
It took the group two years (from 2011 to 2013) to renew the line-up. During this period, the team suspended creative activity - no tours, no participation in festivals.
And in 2014, like a Phoenix bird (reborn from the ashes), the group again entered the big stage with the album Good Morning, Ukraine.
In 2015, the main guitarist Sergey Shevchenko left the group. Again replacement, again endless rehearsals.
A year later, Shevchenko returned to the group. At the same time, the former drummer also returned. The team is again in full force, efficient and pleased its many fans in the country and abroad.
The history of the group "Numer 482" is a constant search for new directions of rock music, the search for the best composition of the group. Their path to the musical Olympus was thorny, but they managed to reach the pinnacle of rock music.
The group has a lot of plans - this is the development of new concert programs, the release of video clips and albums. It will not be difficult for such a group to continue to maintain a leading position in rock music!
