The musicians recently celebrated the 24th anniversary of the creation of the Inveterate Scammers group. The musical group announced itself in 1996. Artists began to write music during the period of perestroika. The leaders of the group “borrowed” many ideas from foreign performers. During that period of time, the United States "dictated" trends in the world of music and art.
Musicians became the "fathers" of such genres as rap and dance music. On the territory of the United States of America, some performers have already introduced listeners to their musical experiments. And Russian music lovers were just beginning to be imbued with such tracks.
The following tracks became popular compositions of the group: “Pay attention”, “Everything is different”, “Girls are different”. In 1996, the Inveterate Scammers team confidently took the top of the musical Olympus and was no longer going to leave it. Video clips of the group were broadcast on well-known channels. Without musicians, it was difficult to imagine at least one musical ceremony or the Blue Light New Year's program.
Group "Inveterate scammers" - how did it all start?
At the beginning of the winter of 1996, three extraordinary guys appeared on the stage of the Dancing City festival, which took place on the territory of Cherepovets. They began to perform groovy, dance songs in an unusual style for many. And so a new musical project "Inveterate scammers" appeared.
It all started long before the first serious performance on stage. The soloist of the musical group Sergey Surovenko (pseudonym Amoralov) told reporters that the group's attempts to “break into” the stage began with obscene and hard rap. Everything was corrected by a friend of Sergei Surovenok, who worked as a DJ. It was he who recommended the guys to add dance music and drive to their work.
The group included: Sergey Suvorenko, Garik Bogomazov and Vyacheslav Zinurov. The musicians began to record musical compositions that did not have a deep meaning. But this is what sets them apart from the rest. The youth of the late 2000s danced to their tracks.
The group became even more popular after meeting the famous producer Evgeny Orlov. He produced such groups as SMASH !!, Guests from the Future, the musical projects Voice, Star Factory, the New Wave contest, etc. The producer offered the musicians to conclude a contract, and the Inveterate Scammers group agreed .
After signing the contract, the band launched their first track “Quit Smoking” into the music world. At this time, the soloists of the group were hard at work on their debut album, which was presented to the audience in 1997.
The first album of the group "Otpetye swindlers" was called "From colored plasticine". It was still too early to talk about huge popularity, but the soloists of the group made attempts to conquer the stage.
The beginning of the group's popularity
The musicians became successful thanks to the second album "Everything is different", which the group presented in 1998.
The guys have already begun to appear the first fan clubs. The following year the group toured. The guys did not have time to relax, not to mention their personal lives.
The popularity of musicians was in 2000. Then every resident of Russia and the CIS countries sang the songs “Girls are different”, “And by the river”. And young people in discos danced slow dances to the lyrical composition "Love me, love."
The group received their first Golden Gramophone award.
In 2003, the musicians recorded the first joint track with Leonid Agutin "Border".
The song, for which the video clip was later released, made both Agutin and the Inveterate Swindlers group rich. The composition "Border" was included in Agutin's album "Deja Vu".
The group's popularity began to decline in 2007. The album "To spite the records" became a "failure". The tracks were coldly received by both music lovers and music critics.
About the team began to forget. But in 2012 they presented the track "Russo Turisto", which reminded music lovers of the incendiary group.
Group "Dirty scammers" now
Today the team did not record songs. However, this does not mean that musicians are not creative. In 2018, the guys could be seen at a thematic concert dedicated to the New Year. In the same year, they took part in the grand "Back to the 90s" party.
In 2019, the group traveled to major cities of the Russian Federation. They are still invited to various concerts and music festivals. Sergey Amoralov (leader of the group) says that he has not thought about recording a new album yet.
"Dirty Scammers" in 2022
In 2022, musicians continue to be creative. The team tours at various venues in their country. At the end of February, information was received that the guys would appear at the Disco of the 90s.
On March 10, 2022, it became known about the death of one of the members of the group - Tom Chaos (Vyacheslav Zinurov). He committed suicide. He was found by relatives in a country house. He was scheduled for an interview on March 10th. After the artist stopped communicating, they began to look for him.
The fact that Tom voluntarily decided to die - plunged fans and loved ones into shock. The fact is that in 2022 he planned to release a solo LP. At the same time, relatives say that he was depressed amid litigation.
