Childhood and youth of Dmitry Hinter

Schokk is the creative pseudonym of the rapper, under which the name of Dmitry Hinter is hidden. The young man was born on December 11, 1980 in the city of Oktyabrsk (Kazakhstan).

Dmitry was raised by his father, stepmother and brother. Hinter has fond memories of his childhood. The already matured rapper in his interview told reporters that his parents did everything to give him and his brother a happy childhood.

The future rapper did not gravitate to study at all. Of course, every parent would like their child to be interested in learning.

However, after repeated moralizing by their stepmother and father regarding their son's poor academic performance, they decided to give up. Dmitry played football well and drew.

In the mid-1990s, the family moved to Germany. Dmitry's father had German roots. Hinter's aunt lived there, who helped the family settle in one of the most prestigious areas of Germany - Bamberg.

A violent temper prevented Dmitry from adapting to a new country. The young man was expelled from two schools. As a teenager, Hinter often got into fights, and also stole and used illegal drugs.

The result of his youth was even more epic. After receiving a certificate, Dmitry went to study as a church artist. The love of drawing bordered on the attraction to American rap.

The creative path of rapper Schokk

Since the late 1990s, Dmitry has been attending rap parties in the Russian émigré community. In 2007, on the Internet, Schokk met another famous emigrant, Ivan Makhalov. The rapper is known to the general public as Czar.

Czar offered Schokk a collaboration. As a result, this friendship resulted for Dmitry with the appearance of the first Russian-language track "Two Strikes". Czar "pulled" Schokk into the Rap Woyska Records team. The soloists of the group performed on the label of the same name.

The creativity of the musical group cannot be called positive. The guys started their journey by throwing mud at Russian rappers in their tracks.

A little later, Rap Woyska Records moved to the Optic Russia label, headed by the German rapper Kool Savas. It was during this period of time that Dmitry, like a tank, went through all Russian-speaking rappers.

Nobody knew the rapper Schokk himself in Russia, but he managed to make enemies in absentia.

In 2008, the popular rapper Vitya SD introduced Schokk to Oxxxymiron. The performers were on the same wavelength. Together they created new tracks, even organized joint concerts.

In 2010, Dmitry announced that he intended to leave the Rap Woyska Records team. During this time period, Schokk was seen collaborating with the popular German band Kellerkommando.

Thanks to cooperation, they created a recording of a joint disc Dei Mudder Sei Hut, which included 9 juicy tracks.

Label with Oxxxymiron

At the same time, Oxxxymiron announced plans to create his own label, Dmitry left the team. But it was the wrong decision. He later regretted it very much.

The new label was named Vagabund. At the same time, Oxxxymiron and Schokk presented on the Internet the single "It's thick, it's empty", which included only four tracks.

After the presentation of the single, the guys went on a big tour, which received a very laconic name "October Events".

Schokk and Oxxxymiron were satisfied with the work done. Upon returning home, Dmitry began recording a new album, which eventually received the name "From the High Road".

The most “delicious” songs, according to Schokk fans, were the tracks “Thoughts dirty the brains”, “Chronicle of the past”, “Give back my words”.

Interesting events are connected with the writing and release of this disc. The fact is that they worked on the album in London.

Dmitry was forced to leave Germany due to problems with the law. He still used drugs. In addition, he was prosecuted for theft.

Decay of the Vagabund label

In 2011, the artist's discography was replenished with the disc "Eternal Jew". In addition, 2011 was the last year of the joint tour of Oxxxymiron and Schokk. The friendship of the rappers "shattered into small pieces."

It's all about the financial issue. In the Vagabund label, another performer Vanya Lenin (Ivan Karoy) was responsible for organizational issues. Оxxxymiron ran over Vanya for low fees, Schokk did not share his position.

The reason for the final break in relations was the showdown between Schokk and Roma Zhigan, in which Roman forced Schokk to kneel.

Zhigan hit Dmitry in the face several times and ordered him to ask for forgiveness for insulting him. Schokk did not leave this business. He left for Hamburg and threatened that he would involve Zhigan in European investigative bodies.

Oxxxymiron was present at the scene of the conflict. The rapper considered the flight and behavior of Schokk a betrayal. According to Oxxxymiron, this was against the rules of the Vagabund label. Such an outburst of Oxxxymiron was not entirely clear to Schokk himself.

Dmitry took Vanya with him and moved to Cannes, and then to Berlin. Later, information appeared in the press that Vanya Lenin used hard drugs and Schokk refused to cooperate with him.

After Schokk left the Vagabund label, he chose the Twitter platform as his "promotion". The social network was filled with angry remarks towards other rappers. It seems that life has taught Dmitry nothing.

New artist name

But soon the negative began to influence Dmitry himself, completely depleting all his resources. In this regard, he took a new creative pseudonym Ya. He was not going to get rid of the old nickname. I just kept it in reserve.

Under a new creative pseudonym, the rapper presented the composition "Prodigal Son" - this is the first track in which Dmitry decided to move away from the "old motive".

Through Twitter, the rapper was found by the Russian-German company Phlatline, on the label of which Schokk began collaborating with Mic Chiba, Fogg, Maxat, DJ Maxxx, Kate Nova, and also published several mixtapes. We are talking about the tracks "Notes of a Madman", Meister Franz, Leichen wagen.

In 2015, the singer's discography was replenished with a new disc "Crime and Punishment". The collection includes 24 tracks that the rapper has been recording for five years. Including in this album there are recordings with Оxxxymiron.

Meanwhile, Schokk switched from battle rap to XYND. Actually, under this name, the rapper's second album was released. On this album, fans heard a completely new Schokk. Aggressiveness faded into the background, and instead, the tracks have a lot of lyrics, tenderness, kindness.

Schokk now

2017 turned out to be a year of losses for Dmitry. He lost a significant amount of money and real estate in Berlin. But this year he established a relationship with the rapper LSP and wrote two parts of the composition "Hunger" in a week.

Schokk also revealed that he was tired of rap. Despite this statement, on the anniversary of the death of Tupac Shakur, the performer presented a track and a video clip "Tupacalips" jointly with Adamant.

At the end of 2017, the contract with Phlitline ended. The company refused to cooperate with Schokk. The final tracks were: "Old Benz" and Murcielago (feat. ILLA).

In 2018, the singer's discography was replenished with the album PARA. Earlier, the rapper talked about how he wanted to release another album, Kush, in 2018, but, according to him, he cannot do this due to a conflict with his label.
