The idea of creating a group arose back in 2000 among its founders - Viktor Bronyuk, he then studied at the historical faculty of the Pedagogical University in Vinnitsa, and Denis Repey, who was a student at a music school.

Three years later, new members joined in the person of Kostya Terepa and Alexander Filinkov.

Despite the fact that at first they liked their musical material, Oleg Zbarashchuk contributed to the appearance of the TIK group in their first performance in order to see the public's reaction to such unusual, in his words, creativity.

On June 2, 2005, the Talita Kum team began its tour of Ukraine, produced by Oleg Zbarashchuk. This date is considered the day of the creation of the TIK group, because it was then that they first appeared on stage in Vinnitsa "as an opening act" for this group.

The listeners took them positively, thanks to which it was decided to work together with the producer.

The band's first demo recording, which appeared later, was heard by Vitaly Telezin, a sound engineer who works with well-known Ukrainian bands.

Change in the composition of the TEC group

In 2006, the composition of the team changed - the participants left it, Viktor Bronyuk and Alexander Filinkov remained. Later they were joined by bassist Sergei Fedchishin, keyboardist Evgeny Zykov and Yan Nikitchuk, who plays the trumpet.

On May 26, the debut performance of the band in this line-up took place in Zhytomyr, and the participants had only a month for rehearsals.

In the studio, the TIK group, together with the Lyapis Trubetskoy group, worked on the song Olenі, and it went on the all-Ukrainian radio air.

For two days, a video clip was filmed for this composition in the studio. O. P. Dovzhenko. Not long ago, the whole music world saw the clip.

Then the group recorded a video clip for the equally popular song "Vchitelka".

The debut album

On May 27, 2007, the band presented the first disc of "LiteraDura", which included 11 songs and 2 bonus video clips. The audience took it with great interest, as evidenced by the success of further concerts and nationwide recognition.

During the summer the band performed a lot and visited Poland. Their performance at the festival in Koszalin was perceived as a hallmark of Ukrainian culture, which was very pleasant for the musicians to hear.

On August 24, after the performance of the band at one of the festivals in the Zaporozhye region, it was awarded the local award "Discovery of the Year".

In 2008, a tour of Ukraine "Tales about deer" began. It was interrupted only once, but for a good reason, when on March 20, as the “Breakthrough of the Year”, the team received a prize from an authoritative Ukrainian radio station.

In the summer, the 211 recording studio was ready to realize any creative intentions of the band's frontman, which did not prevent him from getting married. Moreover, Roman Verkulich shot the video clip "White Roses" right at the wedding.

Second album and beyond...

On September 25, the second album of the TIK group, entitled Quiet, was released. Following the "explosion" of popularity produced by the debut album, this record was interesting to the listeners, despite the sadness carefully camouflaged, according to critics, that was read in the lyrics.

The group began to cooperate with Alan Badoev, and the result of the joint work was the release of the video clip "Light". In September, the team presented the second common video clip with Alan Badoev for the composition "Sirozhine Pirozhina".

In the winter of 2010, the song "Deer" was presented on the soundtrack of the comedy film "Love in the Big City-2", which became very popular. The reaction to the song was mixed, but no one remained indifferent to it.

In 2010, the TIK group took part in the filming of the film Rzhevsky against Napoleon. The artists appeared as forced musicians playing at Napoleon's wedding feast.
