Vladimir Shubarin: childhood and youth

The artist's date of birth is December 23, 1934. He was born in Dushanbe. It is known that the father and mother were ordinary workers, and had nothing to do with creativity.

Vladimir from childhood began to show a genuine interest in creativity. He was attracted by the sound of jazz music. He attended creative circles and regularly participated in school plays.

And even in childhood, the first attempts to dance appeared. Dad supported his son's undertakings - he put on a record and watched how little Vova was trying to move plastically.

The beginning of the war marked a change of residence for the family. Before World War II, they moved to the territory of Omsk, from there to Novokuznetsk.

The family lived in modest conditions. Mother, father and little son lived in barracks. Despite the lack of comfort and security, Shubarin warmly recalls that time. In the evenings, people came out of the barracks, sang songs and organized impromptu performances.

Soon, not the brightest times came. The head of the family was called to war. Mother, was left alone and could not control Vladimir at all. He began to hooligan and categorically did not listen to his mother's requests to pacify his ardor.

Shubarin's school years

In his teenage years, Shubarin took up writing poetry. During this period of time, he was asked to speak at the day of elections to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. There, his talent was noticed by the artistic director of the board of the Builders Club. After the speech, Vladimir was offered to join the local circle.

Initially, he did not plan to connect his life with choreography. Shubarin attended the circle without much enthusiasm, forgetting how the little one used to dance to incendiary compositions.

But, soon the dance process dragged him so much that he could not imagine his life without this exciting activity. After some time, he visited the Palace of Culture of Metallurgists. Vladimir studied folk and variety dances, and was listed as one of the most successful students of the Palace of Culture. He studied choreography under Zinaida Kireeva.

Kireeva doted on her student. The dance teacher personally went to the capital of the Russian Federation to meet with the director of the Pyatnitsky choir. Zinaida agreed with Ustinova to listen to Shubarin.

In the early 50s of the last century, a young talent visits Moscow. A year later, he was accepted into one of the most prestigious dance groups in the city. Vladimir stayed in the team for a very short time. Soon he was called upon to repay his debt to his homeland. In the army, he did not leave the main passion of his life. Shubarin was a member of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the military district.

Some time later, he was transferred to the Red Banner Song and Dance Ensemble. He rapidly moved up the career ladder and soon received the title of People's Artist.

In the 60s of the last century, Vladimir was active in the Choreographic Workshop of the Mosconcert. He became famous as a virtuoso because he invented his own kind of dance, which consisted of the basic elements of jazz, tap and tap.

At the end of the 70s, he founded his own project. During the existence of the collective, "Carnival for One" was staged. In the mid-80s, Shubarin assembled another ensemble. The brainchild of the artist was called "Dance Machine". At the end of the 80s, he staged the numbers “Such a Legacy”, “Jumping Jeep” and “Composition”.

During this period of time, he, with his ensembles, tours a lot. Shubarin visited more than 40 countries of the world. Each concert performance of the artist was held with a large house. Vladimir became a real favorite of the public.

Popularity turned into the fact that directors paid attention to him. He appears more and more often on film sets. Vladimir appeared in the film "The Woman Who Sings." Experts are sure that this particular film is Shubarin's most successful work in cinema.

On the wave of recognition - Vladimir presents the collection "An Unexpected Turn". In the late 80s, his repertoire was enriched with three more records.

The lion's share of the maestro's musical works is an eternal love theme. He was especially good at writing lyric works. His work is not devoid of social themes. He sang with pleasure about what worried Soviet society.

Alas, in this marriage, the family lived without children. Both spouses were in excellent health, but they intentionally did not burden themselves with troubles. The couple lived happily ever after. They traveled frequently. Galina became for Vladimir not only a faithful wife, but an even better friend.

Friends supported us in any way they could, but this amount was still not enough. Then Vladimir wrote an appeal to the President of the Russian Federation. He soon received an answer, but by that time, Shubarin did not need money, as he was in a hospital bed.

As it turned out, he went to the country. After some time, the man felt very unwell. Vladimir's wife immediately called an ambulance and he was hospitalized in a clinic. Doctors made a disappointing diagnosis - a massive heart attack and bowel failure. Actually, this was the cause of the sudden death of the artist.

Doctors recommended to his wife to transfer Vladimir to Moscow. He was transported by ambulance to the capital, but on April 16, 2002, the artist died suddenly.

The funeral ceremony of the artist was organized by a close friend of the family, Albina Yan. Shubarin's wife, who was experiencing financial difficulties, could not get her late husband a place at the Novodevichy cemetery. His body rests at the Vostryakovsky cemetery.
