Alexander Bashlachev was born on May 27, 1960 in Cherepovets. Sasha has a younger sister named Elena. Bashlachev recalled that in childhood he lacked the attention of his parents, who were forced to work from morning to night.

Most of all, little Sasha loved to read. The first poem, by Alexander's own admission, he wrote at the age of 3. Mom drew attention to her son's talent and wanted to enroll him in a music school.

Once a school teacher suggested that the students publish an almanac. Alexander Bashlachev showed the greatest activity and supported the teacher's idea. He not only wrote most of the poems and articles, but also led the process of collecting material.

In adolescence, poetry replaced prose. Sasha began to describe his everyday life, with his characteristic maximalism. Friends gave the young man the nickname "Chronicler". Bashlachev soon burned the early manuscripts, because he considered them "crooked".

After leaving school, Alexander went to conquer Leningrad. In the city, he entered the university at the Faculty of Journalism.

Bashlachev overcame the first two courses without problems. Soon the young man began to have problems - the selection committee asked Bashlachev to show previously published articles.

The school almanac was not enough. Alexander returned home. Then Alexander began to "everyday life". The young man did not have enough money to live. Soon he got a job at a metallurgical plant.

In parallel with this, Bashlachev wrote articles for the Kommunist newspaper, trying with all his might to maintain his love for journalism.

A year later, Alexander made an attempt to enter a higher educational institution. This time, the admissions committee appreciated the experience and knowledge of the applicant.

In the late 1970s, Bashlachev became a student at the Ural State University of Sverdlovsk.

Alexander Bashlachev was the best student in the class. Learning was given to him so easily that he often skipped lectures.

Instead of boring and long lectures, Sasha spent time in his native Cherepovets, where, together with the Rock September team, he wrote songs and performed at music festivals.

It is interesting that for a long time Alexander Bashlachev did not go on stage with the team. He was shy. In the group, he was listed as a poet. In addition, he was responsible for organizing concerts.

After graduating from a higher educational institution, Bashlachev returned to his native publication Kommunist. And if the previous time he was inspired by work, then she began to oppress him.

Ideological articles, the writing of which no longer pleased, coexisted in Bashlachev's life with alternative music.

In the mid-1980s, the Rock-September team broke up. Bashlachev experienced a strong emotional shock, which prompted him to leave the editorial office. He went to Moscow. Arriving in the capital, Alexander "searched for himself."

In Moscow, with his old friend Leonid Parfyonov, Bashlachev met Artemy Troitsky. Friends convinced Alexander to move to the capital.

The young man succumbed to persuasion, and every evening Bashlachev held a guitar in his hands and performed songs of his own composition for friends.

Soon, friends recorded Bashlachev's home performance. Alexander's records scattered throughout the USSR. The bard gained the first "portion" of popularity.

A wide variety of rumors about an amazing performer began to circulate around the country. One of them told that while playing the guitar, Bashlachev was so dedicated to the cause that at the end of the evening his fingers were bleeding from intense playing.

Alexander constantly changed the texts of his own compositions. Quite often, during a performance, the singer on the go corrected the last lines in the songs “Somebody Breaks a Birch” and “Like Autumn Winds”.

Debut performance in public

Alexander Bashlachev spoke to the general public in 1985, in Leningrad. The performer performed on the same stage together with the talented Yuri Shevchuk.

In the same 1985, Bashlachev decided to finally move to the capital. From that moment on, the young man actively participated in the rock party.

Alexander continued to hold home concerts. But, to the great regret of the fans, the performer was "not allowed" on the TV screen. This situation greatly depressed Bashlachev.

In the late 1980s, director Alexei Uchitel invited Alexander to take part in the creation of the film "Rock". For Bashlachev, such an offer was a great honor.

He approached the rehearsals with enthusiasm. But a few months later, he refused to take part in the filming of the film. Alexander also acted with the film "Bards of the passage yards" by Pyotr Soldatenkov.

Alexander Bashlachev began to develop a serious depression. The man himself did not realize that he had fallen into a trap. A busy schedule, constant employment, success, crowds of fans did not save me from the blues.

In 1988, Bashlachev left for the capital, where he took part in several apartment houses. Alexander's concerts were held with the support of a full house of spectators.

Shortly before the capital tour, the name of Bashlachev sounded at a rock festival, where the poet and composer performed the song "Everything from the screw."

In addition, Alexander was awarded the prestigious Hope Prize. After returning to Leningrad, the talented Alexander Bashlachev died.

The personal life of an artist

Alexander Bashlachev enjoyed success with the fairer sex. The man preferred not to talk about his passions. And if we talk about great love, then it was completely hidden from prying eyes.

While studying at the university, Bashlachev "bathed" in female attention. Moreover, the man had a certain taste - he preferred tall, thin girls with a chiseled waist.

His friends said that all the “ladies” of Bashlachev were reminiscent of Nicole Kidman in her best years.

In 1985 Alexander got married. Bashlachev's chosen one was the beautiful Evgenia Kametskaya. But it soon became clear that this marriage was fictitious.

The girl agreed to marry a man so that he would receive a residence permit in Leningrad. The girl with whom Bashlachev had a close relationship during this period is Tanya Avasyeva.

The man called Avasyeva down the aisle, and she agreed. Soon the couple had their first child, who was named Ivan. The boy lived only a few months and died. The couple could not cope with this grief. Tatyana and Alexander divorced.

In May 1986, while visiting his old friend, Alexander met Anastasia Rakhlina. Nastya was acquainted with the work of Bashlachev and did not hide the fact that she was his fan.

It was a stormy but fleeting romance. The poet and performer has died. Anastasia was very upset by the loss of her beloved. A few months after the funeral, the woman gave birth to Bashlachev's son, Yegor.

Death of Alexander Bashlachev

Alexander Bashlachev spent the last days of his life in the apartment of his first wife. With Evgenia Kametskaya, the man managed to maintain friendly relations. Often in the house of Kametskaya Bashlachev held apartments.

Alexander passed away on February 17, 1988. Eugene was awakened by a knock on the door. Law enforcement authorities reported that the man had died. According to investigators, Bashlachev committed suicide - he intentionally fell out of the window.

Friends and relatives of the performer accepted the version of law enforcement agencies. They confirmed that Bashlachev had been in a protracted depression for a long time.

Over the past year, the man was pursued by a creative crisis, which only oppressed an already difficult situation.

Alexander Bashlachev was buried at the Kovalevsky cemetery in St. Petersburg. The fans marked the grave of the performer with a tree, which was decorated with bells.
