The tracks "The Sun" and "2000 Years", which were performed by the musicians in the first year of the band's formation, were able to provide the demo soloists with popularity, as well as a rapid rise to fame.

The musical compositions of the Demo are songs about love, feelings, relationships at a distance.

Their tracks are not devoid of lightness and club style of performance. The performers lit their star in a short period of time.

But, unfortunately, their star also quickly went out.

In the mid-2000s, almost nothing is heard about Demo. No, the guys continue to create and pump their group. But, competition does not allow you to stay and maintain your popularity.

Music lovers expected a step forward from the stars, but Demo's soloists were still treading water.

Group members Demo

For most music lovers, the name of the Demo team is associated with Sasha Zvereva. It was Alexandra who became the first soloist of the group. Sasha remained faithful to her team for over 12 years.

But, the "fathers" of the Demo are the producers Vadim Polyakov and Dmitry Postovalov. Each of the producers had considerable experience in creating dance groups, so the opening of the Demo group was not something new for them.

While studying at a higher educational institution, Dmitry Postovalov was invited to his musical group, his classmate. Time will pass and a new group will be born in the world of music, which will be given the name ARRiVAL.

The group begins to perform at local discos and clubs.

Postovalov himself writes songs for his musical group. In many of them, the style of the first songs of the Demo is visible.

In the late 90s, the soloists of the group announced that the group was ceasing to exist. However, Postovalov nevertheless decided to develop ARRIVAL PROJECT, so he continues to actively write music.

In the same period of time, Dmitry collaborates with MC Punk. Under this extraordinary stage name, Vadim Polyakov was hiding.

The guys understood each other perfectly, and wanted to implement the plan. They dreamed of creating their own musical group, and in this case act as producers.

In principle, this is how the band was born, which will later be given the name Demo.

After a couple of months, Polyakov and Postovalov came to the conclusion that they needed to invite a vocalist and several dancers, but they assigned the role of producers and authors of the repertoire to themselves.

In 1999, Russian producers held the first casting. It was then that the talented MGIMO student Sasha Zvereva came to the role of the vocalist. She captivated the producers with the performance of the composition "Chorus of Girls" from Tchaikovsky's opera "Eugene Onegin".

The musical group was supplemented by dancers Maria Zheleznyakova and Daniil Polyakov. However, after some time the guys left the project, and Anna Zaitseva and Pavel Penyaev took their place.

The newcomers already had stage experience, so they did not need to be taught anything. Anna and Pavel literally merged with the rest of the group.

In 2002, unexpectedly for the soloists of the group, Demo leaves the one who stood at the very origins of the birth of the musical group. We are talking about producer Dmitry Postovalov.

Polyakov has no choice but to attract composers to the group, who wrote their first musical compositions for Demo.

In 2009, Postovalov still had attempts to resume cooperation with Demo. But, and this time it was enough for exactly 2 months.

After leaving, Postovalov no longer had attempts to become part of the musical group.

There was also a change of dancers. Instead of Zaitseva and Penyaev, Danila Ratushev, Pavel Panov and Vadim Razzhivin come to the musical group.

Since 2011, after the departure of the main soloist, another member joined the musical group, whose name sounds like Alexander Permyakov.

For more than 12 years Alexandra Zvereva has been a soloist of the musical group Demo. After her departure from the group, the REN-TV channel showed the program "It's not yet evening." The issue was devoted to the relationship between Alexandra and the producer Demo - Polyakov.

The relationship between the stars began in 1999. Polyakov began to care for Zvereva, despite the fact that he had a small child. "Sun" Polyakov called Sasha, and dedicated one of the top musical compositions Demo to her.

By 2001, for Sasha, this relationship had become too depressing. Young people began to quarrel more and more often, and spend less and less time with each other.

Vadim Polyakov in an interview with REN-TV compared the relationship with Sasha with the relationship between Valeria and Alexander Shulgin. Sasha admitted that Polyakov raised his hand to her. In the end, the guys broke up. Polyakov went to his family.

Soon Alexandra met a young man, Ilya, whom she soon married. This entailed an even more difficult relationship with Polyakov. It was because of these circumstances that Zvereva left the musical group Demo.

Recall that this happened in 2011. For some time, Zvereva even sued Polyakov for copyright. But, nevertheless, the court was on the side of the producer.

Zvereva was not legally entitled to perform the songs she sang while being part of the Demo.

The place of Alexandra Zvereva is taken by Daria Pobedonostseva. This time the producer did not conduct any casting - information about the vacancy was sent to the vocal schools of the capital.

At first, Dasha had, oh, how hard it was - Alexandra's fans specially came to the performances of the Demo group to boo the "replacement" or make an offensive video.

Daria is a rather versatile person. She is the owner of her own show ballet.

In addition, she earns money by holding festive events. In her possessions is a small atelier for tailoring festive costumes.

Music group Demo

Thanks to the first recorded musical compositions, the Demo team received a decent dose of popularity in a short period of time. The group actively tours the territory of the Russian Federation.

In addition, the guys were able to perform in the Baltic States, Israel, England and even Australia.

Soon the musicians will present their debut album, which was called "The Sun". This disc included a new musical composition "I don't know." In addition to the new hit, the first album is simply overflowing with lyrical compositions.

The final song is the track "Muzika", created during the time of ARRIVAL PROJECT and MC Punk and indirectly related to the musical group Demo.

In the winter of 1999, on one of the Moscow TV channels, they begin to play the video clip "I don't know." This video for the Demo group was created by the famous clip maker Vlad Opelyants.

The dynamic picture was based on a plot with a robbery and a chase. In total, the Demo musical group shot about 15 video clips, 8 of which came out thanks to Igudin.

After the guys release a collection of remixes, and then the disc "Above the Sky", the list of songs on the presented album opens with the track "Let's Sing". By this time, Postovalov was no longer collaborating with Demo.

This disc included such hits as "Rain", "Until the morning", "Do not scold me", "Star in the sand", "Desire" and others.

In support of the record, the guys are leaving to tour the territory of the United States of America.

The middle of the "zero" was not the most favorable period for the Demo musical group. Despite the fact that the guys were able to release as many as three albums, their popularity is declining. They do not tour, they are not mentioned in the press.

The wave of growing sympathy for the culture of the 90s helps the musicians to return to the big stage again. Since 2009, Demo has been performing on various retro programs that are broadcast on television.

From the moment Daria Pobedonostseva joined the Demo group, the recording of new musical compositions begins.

At concerts, the musicians perform hits of past years, and also delight fans with new tracks. In addition, the guys record songs in English.

The demo tours in Russia and the countries of the Near Abroad, Europe and Asia.
