The real name of the singer sounds like Marina Abrosimova. The future Russian pop star was born in 1983 in Kazan.

The struggle of singer MakSim with coronavirus infection
In early 2021, it turned out that the singer had contracted a coronavirus infection. Nothing foreshadowed trouble, since the disease began as a common cold.
But, the singer's condition worsened every day, so she was forced to cancel concerts in Kazan. Maxim went to the doctors, and they diagnosed that her lungs were affected by 40%. She was put into a medically induced coma and put on a ventilator. Despite the panic created by the media, doctors gave positive forecasts.
Only a month later, she was taken out of drug sleep. At first, she communicated with close gestures. For the time being, she feels great. Alas, Maxim cannot sing yet. She is undergoing a year-long rehabilitation course. The artist does not plan touring. The plans include the development of a newly opened school of arts.
