The history of the founding of the group

The band's first track was released back in 2014. Back then, the band members hid their identities.

All that the fans knew about the composition was that already well-known artists were involved in the team. The names of the participants became known after the release of the video "Ayabo".

In 2014, the group included: Potap, a famous singer and producer, Positive, lead singer of the Vremya i Steklo group, Uncle Vadya, who is known for working with many celebrities.

It would seem, why should established musicians create another project, because their potential has long been revealed. The answer to this question is simple - the musicians are very good friends in real life.

Members of the team often gathered to discuss "male" topics, such as football, racing and women. "Male" themes passed into the work of the group. Gradually, DJ Bloodless, Ed and Rus were added to the team.

Potap has been thinking about creating a team of already well-known musicians for a long time. According to him, he created the Mozgi group for the soul, which is why musicians may appear in some video clips for a few seconds. Thus, they rest and get a "high".

It is noteworthy that in the group all the musicians are of different ages. Perhaps it is thanks to this that the band creates music that will appeal to listeners of any age.

Music by Mozgi

Musicians do not limit their musical sound to any one style. They call their style "a mixture of western rhythms and beats with eastern ethnic moments".

In 2015, the band released two albums. The first included only 5 tracks, which then moved to the second album, consisting of 21 songs. Since then, the band has tried to release an album a year. They were published annually from 2016 to 2019.

Each album had tracks that listeners remembered well. Almost all the video clips released by the group gained more than 15 million views on YouTube.

Until 2019, the musicians did not perform songs in their native Ukrainian language. Although they admitted that they were preparing songs in several languages, including Spanish and English. On the eve of Independence Day, the Mozgi group released a video clip in Ukrainian.

For almost 6 years of existence, the group has never been accused of plagiarizing music or ideas for video clips.

The music of the performers is incendiary and danceable, it leaves no one indifferent and listeners remember it well.

Band's music videos

The video clips of the band are able to plunge the viewer into shock. If at the beginning of their career these were “standard” videos with half-naked young ladies, then the clips changed as they became popular. In one of the video clips, space sheep flew to Earth, who wanted to steal gold from banks.

In another clip, Potap appears as a typical pimp in a fur coat and glasses. In addition to the pimp, the musician managed to visit the future and become a bearded woman. Sometimes what is happening on the screen seems surreal nonsense. Nevertheless, fans like it, the group continues to delight them with new ideas.

Band style

When the musicians got together, they came up with their own "chip" - to perform only in black clothes. Since then, the group has been trying not to break their rule and wear only black. However, there were cases when musicians wore clothes of other colors.

The Mozgi group themselves describe themselves as brutal, strong men, for whom it is not a problem to drag a woman into a cave, but nevertheless they bow to her beauty. With all their love for women, they are united by the holy male concepts of beer and patriarchy.

In the texts of the group, the stories are told by the very men who stand apart from the female sex.

Now the group is actively touring all over Ukraine. In Russia, the team performed only once - at the VK festival back in 2016.

The Mozgi group is registered in many social networks. Members of the team love to communicate with their listeners and fans. It is rare for musicians to refuse "fans" to take pictures, although some people may get the impression that the musicians are aggressive and angry.

The guys understand that interacting with fans is a necessary part of popularity, so they don't treat it as a burden.

In addition, the group can be invited to a corporate party, wedding or other event.
