Nazariy Yaremchuk: Childhood and youth

Nazariy was born on November 30, 1951. Yaremchuk was born in the small village of Rivnya, Chernivtsi region (Ukraine). The boy's parents were indirectly associated with creativity. They were engaged in rural work. In his free time, the head of the family sang in the village choir, and his mother played the mandolin in the theater.

From an early age, Yaremchuk Jr. was fond of music. Actually, in the place where he spent his childhood, there was no other entertainment. He was interested in singing. Adults noted that Nazarius had a good voice and hearing.

In adolescence, the boy experienced a strong emotional shock. The thing is, his dad passed away. Mom, who was crushed by grief, did not know how to continue to live. All the hardships of life are on her shoulders. The woman had no choice but to send her children to a boarding school. 

Nazarius studied well. He tried to please his mother with good grades, realizing that it was very difficult for her to choose to send her children to a boarding school. After graduation, the guy entered Chernivtsi University. He wanted to get a higher education. But this time fortune did not smile on him - Yaremchuk did not get passing points.

The young man was not going to stop. From childhood, he was used to overcoming difficulties. Soon Yaremchuk got a job in a detachment of seismologists. Labor activity went to the guy's benefit.

In the early 1970s, Nazariy finally entered the university. His cherished dream came true. In addition, he attended the local Philharmonic in parallel. When the choice was between music and geography, he chose the former.

The creative path of Nazariy Yaremchuk

While studying in high school, Nazariy attended the House of Culture. The guy was fascinated watching the rehearsals of the actors. The director of one of the ensembles noticed Yaremchuk, who did not miss a single rehearsal, and invited him to come to the audition. As it turned out, the guy had a melodic voice. Since 1969 he became a soloist of the local VIA.

Popular love fell upon Yaremchuk after the performance of the composition "Chervona Ruta". Nazariy has become a real treasure of Ukraine. In the future, his repertoire was replenished with new songs, which eventually became hits.

In the early 1970s, the film "Chervona Ruta" was broadcast on TV screens. Nazariy was not only involved in the film as an actor, but also performed several popular compositions from his repertoire. It is interesting that the film was shot on the territory of the beautiful Carpathians. The main role went to the then young Sofia Rotaru.

Despite the fact that many predicted that the film would be a "failure", the composition "Chervona Ruta" was warmly received by the audience. The actors who played the main and episodic roles, after the release of the film on TV screens, woke up as real stars. Many knew the lines of the songs "Goryanka" and "Incomparable World of Beauty" by heart.

In the 1980s, Yaremchuk actively participated in VIA in song contests. Often he left music competitions with awards and diplomas in his hands. In 1982, Nazariy headed the VIA "Smerichka".

He was not alien to the problems of society. For example, during the war in Afghanistan, the artist delighted local residents and military personnel with his concerts. And after the terrible accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, he visited the exclusion zone three times to cheer up the workers.

The merits of Yaremchuk were evaluated at the highest level in 1987. It was then that he was awarded the title of People's Artist of Ukraine. Three years later, Nazariy went on tour abroad for the first time. The artist spoke to emigrants from the USSR.

The personal life of the artist was filled with happy and dramatic moments. In the early 1970s, he met Elena Shevchenko. She became the wife of the artist. The wedding of the newlyweds took place in 1975.

The wedding celebration took place in the village where the woman's parents lived. The celebration took place on a grand scale. After some time, sons were born in the family.

The couple lived together for 15 years. The news of the divorce of Nazarius and Elena shocked fans. As it turned out, the spouse became the initiator of the break in relations. The fact is that a woman met another man. Soon Yaremchuk began dating a girl named Darina.

It is noteworthy that this was Darina's second serious relationship. She did not live long with her husband, as he tragically died. The woman raised her daughter on her own.

When Darina moved to Nazariy, the couple decided to raise common children together. The sons also lived with their father. Soon the woman gave the artist a daughter, who was named after Yaremchuk's mother.
