Childhood and youth

Maestro's date of birth is December 3, 1900. He was born on the territory of Kazan. The head of the family did not live a few months before the birth of his son. Salih became the 10th child in a row. Alas, only two children, including Salih, survived. 8 children died in infancy.

The boy's mother was an ordinary housewife. After the death of the head of the family, all the troubles for raising and providing for the family fell on the shoulders of Nasretdin Khamitov, the clerk and assistant to Zamaletdin. He took his cousin Salih as his wife.

When Salih was six years old, her mother noticed that her son was growing up as a musical and capable child. Family feasts were often held in the house. The boy pulled out the accordion from adults and picked up the melody by ear. He also tapped melodious sounds with a salt shaker that did not leave any member of the family indifferent.

At the age of eight, he went to study at a madrasah. At the same time, Nasretdin taught Salih to trade, but the boy was absolutely indifferent to trade and more often he simply shied away from work. Just at that time, Salih's older sister married Shibgay Akhmerov. Her husband was directly related to journalism and pedagogy.

Shibgay replaced the boy's father. He was a big-hearted man. Akhmerov noticed Salih's musical abilities and gave him a chic gift - he gave him an expensive piano. Since that time, the young man has been taking music lessons from the composer Zagidulla Yarullin.

At the beginning of the 14th year of the last century, the young man became a piano student at the prestigious Kazan Music College. After a couple of years, he was enrolled in the orchestra, and a year later Salih would assemble his first orchestra.

The result is obvious: he put Russian-Tatar programs on the air, compositions in different languages sounded on the radio wave, he gathered a choir and attracted young people to work.

He continues to conduct, write musical scores for plays and tour extensively. The maestro does not yet realize that wartime brings with it a time of change and these changes will affect cultural figures.

At the end of the 40s, the influential ideologue Andrey Zhdanov "walked" through the Soviet composers, literally trampling them. Saidashev was again not in the best position.
