Vyacheslav Petkun is a Russian rock singer, musician, lyricist, poet, TV presenter, theater actor. He is known to fans as a member of the Dancing Minus group. Vyacheslav is one of the few artists who tried himself in many roles and felt organic in many of them.

At the end of the 80s, the guys released the first and last longplay, called "Who's there?". Foundation of the group "Dances"
Vyacheslav, after leaving the team, seriously thought about whether it was worth continuing to develop his singing career and move in the given direction. Despite doubts, he put together his own project. The brainchild of the rocker was called "Dancing". The team first appeared on stage in early June 1992.
But not everything turned out to be so smooth. Petkun did not promote the project at all, and for the time being nothing was known about the group at all. Only in 1994 he took up the promotion of his offspring. Then the name "Dancing Minus" appeared.
In the mid-90s, Petkun, together with the dancer minus musician Oleg Polevshchikov, moved to the capital of Russia. At the same time, the group was replenished with new musicians, and in the updated line-up the guys began to conquer the "ears" of Moscow music lovers.
A couple of years after the move, the musicians presented their debut LP to fans. We are talking about the plate "10 drops". The top track of the album was the track "Half". By the way, the presented song was re-released in the collection “Losing the Shadow”.
The peak of popularity of Petkun and his group came at the end of the 90s. It was at this time that the song "City" was published - first on the "Collection of completely different music U1", and then as the title track of the second studio album "Flora / Fauna". Despite the fact that things were going well in the group, the frontman disbanded the line-up in 2001.
