In the mid-1990s, young rock musicians decided to put together their own musical group. In 1997, the first song of the group was written. Few people know, but earlier the soloists of the rock group took a common creative pseudonym - Religion. And only then, the leader of the musical group Ivan Demyan proposed to rename the group to 7B.
The official birthday of the 7B group is March 8, 2001. At this time, young musicians begin to work on their first debut album. Music tracks 7B constantly occupied the first lines on radio stations. In the songs of musicians there is no place for obscene language.
Fans of creativity 7B are representatives of the stronger and weaker sex. The soloist of the group Ivan admits that their tracks are not devoid of love themes, lyrics and deep philosophical reflections.
History of creation and composition
Ivan Demyan in 1997 presented the first musical composition, which was called "My Soul". He wrote a song in the workers' settlement of the Voronezh region with the marvelous poetic name Talovaya. He lived in the village with his family. They were forced to leave Moldova in connection with the Transnistrian armed conflict.
The profession of Ivan Demyan was far from creativity. In the village, he had to master the profession of a tinsmith, and he even opened his own business. Before work, which began to generate income, Ivan was fond of music, but at an amateur level.
The lines of the song came to him quite unexpectedly. Ivan Demyan noted that he wrote the song "My Soul" together with his five-year-old son.
Ivan presents a musical composition for viewing to his friends. They listened to the creation of their friend, and advised them to think about creating a musical group. Within one week, Ivan "put together" a rock band, and gave it the name Religion. The talented Andrey Prosvetov joined the new group.
The musical group Religion successfully storms all kinds of rock festivals. The guys begin to perform throughout the Russian Federation, gathering huge halls of fans. After 4 years, the idea is born that it is possible to assign a new name to the musical group.
In 2001, the guys will present their debut album "Young Winds". The tracks of the debut album instantly won the hearts of the fans of the musical group.
For two months, the single did not leave the famous "Chart Dozen" and turned into a kind of business card.
The soloist of the musical group, Ivan, said that 7B is an encrypted code that medical workers call mild schizophrenia. Demyan knows about this firsthand. In his youth, Ivan was diagnosed with schizophrenia, and he even received treatment in a hospital. This disease robbed him of his dream of becoming a pilot.
Soon the musical group moved to the capital of the Russian Federation. The guys already had something to rent an apartment for, and Moscow seemed to them more promising than their former place of residence. The first apartment of the musicians was on Klinskaya street. Then 7B had to move, as the fans simply did not allow the musicians to exist normally.
In this area, the guys filmed their first video clip. The then-unknown singer Glucose flashed in the clip. The idea of the music video was well received by the fans. Still would! After all, the top composition of the album “Young Winds” sounded there.
Interestingly, since the birth of the musical group 7B, its composition has not changed much. In addition to Demyan and Prosvetov, "7B" is two Andreys, Belov (guitar) and Katalkin (drums), Stanislav Tsybulsky (keyboards), Pyotr Losev (sound engineer plus vocals) and director Igor Chernyshev.

Ivan Demyan has repeatedly shared with journalists information that he was a fan of Viktor Tsoi's work. Perhaps that is why Ivan never ignored, but on the contrary, took part in concerts dedicated to the memory of the great Viktor Tsoi, the vocalist of the Kino group.
The guys continued to work on a new album. Interestingly, the producer of the Tatu group worked on the collection "Aliens". And Demyan himself admits that he wrote several songs for the Tatu soloists - Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina. True, Ivan prefers not to say the names of musical compositions.
To date, the arsenal of the musical group 7B has as many as 9 albums. Each plate is completely different. However, in each album there are musical compositions on a military theme.
Songs on a military theme are Ivan Demyan's favorite work. The soloist of the musical group notes that he lost many relatives in the war.
In addition, Ivan simply loves historical and military films that inspire him to create such songs. In "Young Winds" - this is "Unbaptized Moon", in "Alien" - "Flying from the War", in "Olympia" - "Colonel".

In 2019, the musical group released one of the most long-awaited albums "Atmosphere". Musical composition "Rock is alive!" performed in tandem with Ivan's son, and "Ghost Warrior", presented as a bonus track, with the Ensemble of the Russian Guards of the Russian Federation.
After the presentation of the new album, the soloists of the group went on tour. By the way, the tour of the musical group dragged on so much that the guys still delight fans with their program.
