The musicians managed to participate in interesting collaborations with hip-hop legends. Bon Tagz-N-Harmony is one of the most underrated bands on the planet. Despite all the difficulties that the guys faced at the beginning of their career, they entered the game with their original style.

History of creation and composition

The team was formed in 1989. Everyone who joined the group was united by a fierce love for hip-hop culture and music. The first line-up of the team included: Krayzie, Layzie, Bizzy and Wish Bone.

For several years, the musicians performed and recorded tracks under the creative pseudonym BONE Enterpri$e.

After some time, the line-up increased by one more person. Flesh-N-Bone joined the group.

Until a certain point, the affairs of the guys did not develop. They saved up some money and went to colorful Los Angeles. Artists rushed to audition for the rapper's label Eazy-E. The meeting never took place, and they were left with nothing. They had to return to Cleveland again.

Some time later, their town is visited by Eazy-E. As then, the famous rapper was supposed to perform at one of the Cleveland venues. The members of the newly formed group "caught" the rapper after the performance, and staged an audition right backstage. Eazy-E liked what he heard. The guys signed a contract with the rapper's label.

Creative way

The musicians spent several years releasing their debut LP. As a result, they presented the album Creepin on ah Come Up to fans. The album was released in 1994.

Music critics and fans were strongly impressed by the studio's tracks.

At the end of the 90s, the premiere of one of the band's most popular and best-selling LPs took place. We are talking about the collection E. 1999 Eternal. The album debuted at number one on the charts. During the first week, music lovers bought over three thousand copies of the collection.

The band made history with the top track Tha Crossroads. The composition brought the musicians the first Grammy Award. Thanks to the premiere of the second studio album, the group entered the history of rap and remained there forever.

In the wake of popularity, the musicians presented a double disc. We are talking about the collection The Art of War.

Longplay repeated the success of the previous album. In the first week, a little 400 copies were sold.

The collection included several tracks, which eventually became real hits.

The musicians paused their activities a little and began to promote artists and groups that were signed to their Mo Thug Records label. Rappers are closely engaged in the promotion of American artists.

Creativity Bone Thugs-N-Harmony in the zero years

At the beginning of the XNUMXs, the musicians again join forces and replenish the group's discography with a new LP. The record was called BTNHResurrection.

It was rumored that the group was on the verge of collapse. With the presentation of this album, the musicians, as it were, dispelled the rumors that the band was ending its activities.

The new LP is now considered the second successful work of the group after the album E. 1999 Eternal. Alas, the advertising company let us down a bit, because of this, the disc took second place in the chart. Despite this, the album sold well. As a result, the collection was awarded platinum status.

After the release of the aforementioned album, each of the members of the group took up solo careers. Rappers occasionally got together to do a common thing.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's decline in popularity

In 2002, the team again presents a new LP to fans. The Thug World Order compilation turned out to be "delicious", but it did not repeat the success of the previous disc. The album took 12th place on the music chart. A little more than 80 copies were sold in a week. There was an awkward pause in the group. The guys clearly understood that solo work interests “fans” much more.

Only four years later the musicians broke the silence. In 2006, the presentation of the sixth studio album of the group took place. The record was mixed on a new label. For the first time, the team released a collection not in full force. The LP sold extremely poorly. In the first week of sales, a little more than 30 thousand copies of Thug Stories were sold out.

After some time, the presentation of the THUGS collection took place. For some tracks, the musicians presented "juicy video clips". The collection did not improve the situation and was left without due attention of fans.

In 2007, the presentation of the disc of the duet collection Layzie and Bizzy Bone took place. By the premiere of the collection, the guys wanted to dispel the speculation that they do not collaborate with each other. During this period of time, the musicians of the band did not work on pumping the group, but they assured the fans that they were not ready to stop the group's activities.

The release of the record was preceded by the presentation of the single See Me Shine. Initially, the musicians planned to release the collection in 2009, but due to technical reasons, its release took place only a year later.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony at present

In 2017, the presentation of the tenth studio album of the band took place. Longplay was called New Waves. Note that only two of the five members of the band took part in the recording of the collection.

The lead single of the album Coming Home was in mid-March 2017. New Waves debuted at number 181 on the US chart.

In 2018, all members of the band appeared on the Krayzi LP - Wiz Khalifa Rolling Papers 2. Each of the guys provided a verse for the track Reach for the Stars.

On February 9, 2020, the band announced that they had changed the band's name to Boneless Thugs-N-Harmony as part of a Buffalo Wild Wings marketing campaign. In the television advertisement, three of them changed their names.
