Celine Dion is a married woman. She was married to René Angelil. Their relationship was hidden for several years. Later, they learned about them after their 1994 wedding at Notre Dame Basilica in Montreal. The couple is blessed with a son named René-Charles.

She became pregnant with her second child, but she miscarried. She later gave birth to twins named Eddie and Nelson in 2010.

In August 2014, Dion canceled all screenings scheduled for March 22, 2015.
