2006 was a very difficult year for the band. The soloist found problems with the vocal cords, and he went to the operation. This was followed by a major scandal, the "hero" of which was David Draiman.

The reason was that David expressed his negative opinion about the RIAA, which began a trial with users of file hosting. However, at the end of 2006, the group nevertheless went on tour, and after that they recorded a new album.

"Dark" album

The album Indestructible, released in 2008, is called "gloomy". The guys performed such music at the request of Dreyman, as it reflected the inner state of the soloist at that time. Despite mixed opinions, this album was also certified platinum.
