The history of the foundation and the composition of the group

At the origins of the team are two people - Ivan Kurochkin and Vitaly Talyzin. Ivan sang in the choir as a child.

The vocal experience acquired in childhood helped Kurochkin easily cope with high tonalities. Talyzin in the duet took the place of the main musician. He sat at the drums. Sometimes Vitaly plays the synthesizer and controls the MIDI controller.

The team was formed in 2012. The duet members grew up in the Krasnoselsky district. They went to the same school, were friends and supported FC Zenit. After receiving the matriculation certificate, the guys became interested in academic music and post-punk. The first performances of the newly minted group took place at the local nightclub Ionoteka.

The creative path of the Electrophoresis group

Since 2016, the musicians have been actively touring the CIS countries. A year later, the promising team was awarded the "Golden Gargoyle" in the capital's club "16 tons".

Interestingly, musicians are often compared with the Tekhnologiya group. The duet does not bother, and even pleases such a comparison. For the sake of maintaining the theme, they perform a track from the repertoire of the Russian group - "Press the button".

In 2017, the duo took part in the Tallinn Music Week event. A year later, they went on tour under the auspices of the Pain festival. "Electrophoresis" visited Germany and Poland.

In the same 2018, the band visited the cultural capital of Russia to perform at the STEREOLETO festival. Some of the duet's works were included in the album "Alcohol is my enemy", which also included the tracks "Kish", GSPD, Mistmorn.

In 2020, the presentation of the track "Russian Princess" took place. A video clip was shot for the work, which received a decent number of views. On the wave of popularity, the guys presented the songs "Will everything be fine?", "Ikea", "1905" and Quo Vadis?.
