In the mid-40s, Lata's guardian film company moved to Bombay. The girl was forced to change her place of residence. She needed money. After 3 years, Karnataka died. These are not the brightest times. Further, Lata was seen in the company of maestro Ghulam Haider. He went on to promote the name Lata Mangeshkar.

She did not immediately find her individual style. At first, the presentation of musical material was somewhat reminiscent of the performances of the singer Nure Jehan. But over time, Lata's voice began to sound original and unique. Lata is the owner of a chic soprano. Despite this, she could hit lower notes without much difficulty. Mangeshkar was inimitable.

Death of Lata Mangeshkar

In early January 2022, the Indian performer fell ill. As a result of the examination, it turned out that Mangeshkar “picked up” the coronavirus. The artist practically did not worry about anything, but despite this, she was hospitalized at the Breach Candy Hospital. It seemed to the doctors that Lata began to recover. They disconnected the singer from the ventilator.

But, in early February, Lata's condition deteriorated sharply. She passed away on February 6, 2022. Multiple organ failure - caused the sudden death of the artist. Her body was cremated.
