Vladimir Troshin: Childhood and studies

The musician was born on May 15, 1926 in the city of Mikhailovsk (at that time the village of Mikhailovsky) in the family of a turner. She had 11 children, so Vladimir's mother has always been a housewife and was engaged in their upbringing. The boy was the penultimate among them. Since 1935, the family lived in Sverdlovsk, where Vladimir graduated from a music school.

It is interesting that the idea of ​​the stage did not arise immediately. At first, the boy chose among three professions far from the stage. He thought of becoming a geologist, physician or astronomer. However, one day he accidentally ended up with his friend in the local House of Culture and was admitted to the drama club.

In 1942 he was admitted to the Sverdlovsk Theater School. Here the guy sang, read poetry and participated in productions that were held in the military hospitals of the city.

A year later, four students of Sverdlovsk, according to the results of the selection, entered the Moscow Art Theater School. Troshin was among those accepted.

Three years later, in 1946, he got his first role. Thanks to the play Days and Nights, Vladimir received the role of Lieutenant Maslennikov.

After graduating from the studio in 1947, the young man joined the troupe of the Moscow Art Theater. Here he remained until 1988 and played more than eight dozen notable roles. Bubnov in "At the Bottom", Osip in "The Government Inspector" and many other roles were remembered and loved by the audience.

Over time, Troshin's musical talent was also revealed. Gradually, they began to trust him with roles with vocal parts, and some began to prescribe roles specifically for him. One of the first songs was "Guitar Girlfriend", written for the play "Days and Nights".

And the production of "Twelfth Night" became a landmark for the musician and actor. He performed 10 songs by Eduard Kolmanovsky to the verses of Antakolsky. Some songs became folk songs and became very popular.

Gradually, the young actor began to get on the screens. For all the time he participated in 25 films. The most notable among them were: “Hussar Ballad”, “It Was in Penkovo”, “Old New Year”, etc. Noticeable charisma allowed Troshin to get a number of roles of strong-willed and important historical figures.

Among them were sometimes prominent political figures. Winston Churchill, Nikolai Podgorny, Mikhail Gorbachev - these are just a few famous personalities who were played by Troshin on the screen at different times.

The peak of Vladimir Troshin's popularity

Songs performed by the singer sound in more than 70 films. The compositions instantly became hits (suffice it to recall only “Behind the Factory Outpost” and “We Lived Next Door”). He is also active in dubbing. Vladimir's voice is spoken by a number of well-known Western actors in dozens of foreign films.

In the mid-1950s, the artist became a full-fledged musician. Since that year, he began to record not only songs for films, but also independent compositions. The song "Moscow Evenings" became a real "breakthrough" of the performer. The song was supposed to be performed by a professional pop singer, but the authors did not like its sound. It was decided to give it for performance not to the singer, but to the actor Troshin.

The film "In the days of the Spartakiad", for which the song was written, was not very noticed by the public. But people remembered the song that once sounded in it. Bags of letters were regularly sent to the editorial office with a request to repeat the song on the radio. Since then, the composition "Moscow Evenings" has become Troshin's hallmark.

The song was offered to be performed by Mark Bernes, who was very popular in those years. However, the musician rejected the offer with a laugh - the text seemed to him funny and light.

It's hard to believe, but Troshin has performed about 2 thousand songs for all the time. About 700 records and collections were released, as well as more than a hundred CDs. The musician toured throughout the country, as well as far beyond its borders. It was widely accepted by such countries as Japan, Israel, France, USA, Germany, Bulgaria and others. “Silence”, “And the years fly”, “Birches” and dozens of other songs became real hits not only of their time. The compositions remain popular to this day.

The musician was assisted in his work by his wife, Raisa (maiden name, Zhdanova). She helped Vladimir choose the right style of performance, as she herself had a very good ear and vocal abilities.

The last performance of the artist was on January 19, 2008 - a month before his death. He arrived at the concert "Listen, Leningrad" from the hospital, contrary to the prohibitions of doctors. Two songs - "Moscow Evenings" and "Earring with Malaya Bronnaya", and the audience applauded while standing, crying and singing along to the famous artist. After the concert, the artist returned to the hospital, where he died on February 25 in intensive care from cardiac arrest.
