The childhood and youth of the singer
She was born in the capital of Ukraine 40 years ago. Her father is from the Congo, where he took the girl and her mother to the capital city of Brazzaville. That is why the girl at first did not speak the language of his ancestors, but knew a little French.
After the divorce, they returned to their homeland, and in 1985 settled in their hometown. Gaitana had to learn her native language, she entered the music class to play the saxophone. Seriously involved in sports, having achieved significant success in this field.
In 1991, she became a participant in the famous TV show "Fant-Lotto Nadiya", taking one of the prizes. Master Vladimir Bystryakov drew attention to her, and Gaitana became a member of the Altana ensemble.

The beginning of a professional career as an artist
In early 2003, the Lavina Music company signed a contract with the singer, and in November Gaitana's debut album "About You" was released. The song "London, rains" became a hit, but the song "Diti Svitla" won.
In 2005, the second disc "Sliding for you" (Ukrainian) was released.
