Layah is a Ukrainian singer and songwriter. Until 2016, she performed under the creative pseudonym Eva Bushmina. She gained her first portion of popularity as part of the popular group "VIA Gra».
In 2016, she took on the creative pseudonym Layah and announced the beginning of a new stage in her creative career. How much she managed to cross out the past is for the fans to judge.

Under the new name, she has already released several bright tracks that have become hits. Judging by the results of 2021, Yana Shvets (real name of the artist) managed to fully realize her plans.
Layah: Childhood and youth
The artist's date of birth is April 2, 1989. She is originally from Ukraine. Yana spent her childhood years in a small town located in the Luhansk region.
Her parents were not related to creativity. The head of the family was engaged in business, and the mother was in charge of the household. It is also known that the celebrity has an older brother.
Yana became interested in music in her teens. As a child, she took vocal lessons. In an interview, Shvets said that she was not at all satisfied with the sound of her voice, but after many years of rehearsals and classes, she managed to achieve the desired result.
After receiving her high school diploma, Yana moved to the capital of Ukraine. The girl entered the Variety and Circus Academy. Naturally, she chose the Variety Vocals department. By the way, Yana studied in the same year with the popular Ukrainian singer N. Kamenskikh. The artists still manage to keep in touch.
Layah's creative path
Layah's creative biography started while studying at the academy. Even then, she joined the Lucky group, and later became part of the dance ballet The Best. During this period of time, she tried her hand as a leading rating program, which was broadcast on the Ukrainian TV channel M1.
In 2009, she took part in the Star Factory rating project. On the show, she was already known under the creative pseudonym Eva Bushmina. Participation in a reality show turned the life of an aspiring performer upside down. She managed to reach the final. According to the voting results, the "manufacturer" took 5th place.
In 2010, the former participants of "Star Factory" went on a tour of Ukrainian cities. Yana was among the touring artists. The real rise happened after she became part of the sexiest music project of Ukraine - "VIA Gra". She took the place of Tatyana Kotova.
The choice of the producer fell on Eve for several reasons. Firstly, her appearance fully corresponded to the image of the team. And secondly, this is one of the few members of the group with a strong voice and a diploma of graduation from a higher educational institution in the class of pop vocals.
Participation in the VIA-Gra group
Bushmina's debut in the Ukrainian team took place in 2010. The team, with an updated line-up, performed on the stage of the "Evening Quarter". After a successful debut, the group went on a large-scale tour with a festive program.
Later, together with the rest of the group, she recorded the song "Get out!". Then she took part in the recording of the musical works "A Day Without You" and "Hello, Mom!".
In 2010, interest in the group began to decline rapidly. Initially, the team was supposed to give 80 concerts.
In fact, the band only played 15 shows.
The team received the Disappointment of the Year anti-award. Despite this, Meladze did not give up and tried with all his might to support his offspring. The singers appeared at the New Wave 2011 festival and skated a big tour of Belarus. In the same 2011, there was another change in the composition and the awarding of the "Disappointment of the Year" award.
A year later, Eva left the group. The producer of the team persuaded Bushmina to temporarily not leave the team, as the number of participants was getting smaller, and Meladze could not find a suitable replacement for a long time so that VIA Gra would stay afloat.

The start of the solo career of Eva Bushmina
In 2012, Eva finally decided to pursue a solo career. In the same year, she presented her first solo track "By Myself" and a video for the presented composition. A year later, her discography grew by one more track. We are talking about the song "Summer for rent".
In the same 2013, the presentation of the single "Religion" was held. At the same time, Konstantin Meladze launched the reality show “I Want V VIA Gru”, and asked Eva to become a mentor for the project participants. The singer was forced to refuse the former producer, because by that time her newborn daughter needed her.
Further, the "fans" of the singer watched her wonderful reincarnation in the project "Yak dvi krapli". The following year, her repertoire became richer for another single. The novelty was called "You can not change." The track was warmly received not only by fans, but also by music critics.
In 2016, the artist announced a change in her creative pseudonym. Yana closed the musical project "Eva Bushmina". From this time on, she performs as "LAYAH".
Yana emphasized that with the change of her creative pseudonym, a new stage in her creative life had begun. She strives to show fans the real Yana Shvets. The debut LP of the artist, which was released in 2016, includes tracks that she created in 2014.
Details of the artist's personal life
Throughout her creative career, Yana was constantly credited with an affair with rich and successful men. When she joined the VIA Gra team, the journalists tried to "impose" an affair on her with the team's producer, Konstantin Meladze. However, Yana denied the rumors. Shvets officially announced that they had exclusively working relations with Konstantin.
After some time, journalists became aware of Yana's romance with Dmitry Lanov. The father of a young man at one time served as Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
The love relationship could not be called "smooth", since Dmitry was legally married. Rumors were confirmed after Lanovoy divorced his wife and married Yana. In 2012, the wedding took place.
The event was held in a close circle of relatives. In 2013, Shvets gave birth to a daughter from her husband.
Yana is active on social networks. Many are interested in the question: does Shvets communicate with former colleagues in the VIA Gra group. The singer admits that she managed to maintain warm friendly relations only with Albina Dzhanabaeva. By the way, the latter recently became a mother. She gave birth to a daughter from Valery Meladze.
"Albina and I are on good, even close terms – we call each other almost every day, we plan to visit each other. We are not strangers to each other," Yana admits.
