Childhood and youth of Luciano Pavarotti

Luciano Pavarotti was born in the fall of 1935 in the small Italian town of Modena. The parents of the future star were ordinary workers. Mother, most of her life worked at a tobacco factory, and her father was a baker.

It was dad who instilled in Luciano a love for music. Fernando (Luciano's father) did not become an outstanding singer for only one reason - he experienced great stage fright. But at home, Fernando often organized creative evenings at which he sang with his son.

In 1943, the Pavarotti family was forced to leave their hometown due to the fact that the country was attacked by the Nazis. The family was left virtually without a piece of bread, so they had to farm. It was a difficult time in the life of the Pavarotti family, but despite the difficulties, they stuck together.

Luciano from an early age begins to be interested in music. He gives speeches to his parents and neighbors. Since the father is also interested in music, opera arias are often played in their house. At the age of 12, Luciano entered the opera house for the first time in his life. The boy was so impressed by the sight that he decided that in the future he wanted to become an opera singer. His idol was the opera singer, owner of the tenor Benjamin Geely.
