After returning from a walk, Lucy decided to post her cover version of one of the popular songs on Instagram. It was not an easy decision for a girl whose head was “eaten away by cockroaches with a spoon”: I don’t sing like that, there is no acting skills, and my appearance is not very good.

But these were only the thoughts of the insecure girl Lucy, which had nothing to do with reality. She was not sure that her home performance would be appreciated.

Waking up in the morning, Lyudmila looked into the social network, and there are hundreds of new subscribers, laudatory reviews and reposts of the record. Lusya (with the original name of Chebotin) interested the public with artistry, vocal abilities and frenzied charisma.

The childhood and youth of the singer

Lyudmila Andreevna Chebotina was born on April 26, 1997 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. In one of her interviews, the girl said that her singing talent manifested itself in early childhood.

The fact that the girl is a born singer became clear even in kindergarten. The teacher Lucy noticed that the girl has vocal abilities. She began to study with her, even prepared her for participation in one of the city competitions.

The Chebotin family did not stay long in the provincial town. Already at the age of 5, little Luda moved to Moscow with her parents. Mom tried to send her daughter to a music school, but the attempts were unsuccessful.

Lucy did not stop singing and listening to the tracks of her favorite American singer Whitney Houston.

At school, Lyudmila studied "average". I saw myself only in music, and therefore, after graduating from the 9th grade, I confidently decided that I wanted to get a professional musical education.

At the music school, she studied choral singing. She also entered the vocal department of the College of Pop and Jazz Art (GMUEDI).

During this period of time, Lyudmila tried to record the first cover versions. Initially, she showed her work only to a narrow circle of close people. A little later, Lucy posted a video on social networks.

Rich parents did not stand behind Lucy, so she understood that she needed to “sculpt herself” as a star on her own. Taking advantage of the opportunities of social networks, she realized that she was on the right track.
