The composer's date of birth is May 9, 1913. He was born in the cultural capital of the then tsarist Russia - St. Petersburg. The parents of Nikita Bogoslovsky had nothing to do with creativity. Despite this, the boy's mother owned several musical instruments, delighting the household with the performance of the immortal works of Russian and foreign classics.
In the small settlement of Karpovka - there was a family estate of the mother. It was here that the childhood years of little Nikita passed. By the way, at that time Bogoslovsky's parents divorced. He never liked to think about this segment of his life.
