In 72, Patty Pravo married Franco Baldieri, a popular Italian designer. Marriage did not affect the creative success of the performer. 

A year later, "Pazza idea" is released. The track, which became one of the most important at this creative stage of the singer, was recorded at the American studio RCA. The compilation album of the same name is at the top of the national album charts. Success repeats the "Mai una signora" that followed.

In the 75th and 76th fame Pravo is only growing, her collections "Incontro" and "Tanto" are in the lead in the national charts. The single track "Tutto il mondo è casa mia" is in the top three, among the then popular in Italy. This is followed by the album "Miss Italia" and the song "Autostop". Creative decline (80-90s)

The wild popularity was followed by a decline in the career of Patty Pravo. Many associate this with the singer's move to the States and her shooting for erotic magazines. The reviews of the Italian press were negative.

The next scandal occurred in 92: Patty Pravo was arrested for carrying a herbal drug. The story ended without serious consequences and the singer was released from the police station three days later.

Since the late 90s - early 2000s, Patty Pravo has regained its lost popularity. Her album "Una donna da sognare" occupies a leading position in thematic charts. This is followed by the success of such works of Patty as "Radio Station" and "L'immenso" (marked the return of the singer to "San Remo").

"Nic-Unic" (2004) was the result of a collaboration between Patty Pravo and a number of young artists.
