Childhood and youth of Sergei Ermolaev
He was born in October 1990. Sergey Ermolaev (real name of the artist) was born in Ukraine. A creative biography is much more intense than a personal one. The fact is that he never sought to reveal this part of life to his fans. Nevertheless, we managed to find out that after receiving the matriculation certificate, Sergey applied to the capital's "polytechnic".
The creative path of Runstar
He made his first attempts in the musical field in 2013. During this period of time, the premiere of the debut track, which was called "My LOVE", took place. Note that the singer released the song under the already known creative pseudonym.
Then he started working with Andrey Ignatchenko (one of the founders of Iksiy Music) and Victoria Kokhana. This trio turned out to be a very interesting collab. They put up their own tracks for sale.
In a short period of time, the guys managed to acquire an impressive number of "buyers" of musical content. It is interesting that the services of Sergey, Andrey and Victoria were used by both Ukrainian and Russian representatives of the stage.
In 2015, Sergey released a number of "tasty" tracks. In addition, in collaboration with the label, he delighted fans with the premiere of the Runstar & Iksiy Remixes EP. The record was topped by covers of Chocolate tracks.
Around the same period of time, the artist collaborates with Alexander Konovalov (a member of the production center of Grigory Leps). He learned important knowledge and experience from his colleague, and also met Grigory Leps.
On the wave of popularity, he presented a new track. The work was called "Cold Summer". In the same period of time for the Ukrainian duet "Yin-Yang" he composes music for the words to the composition "Infinity".
Ermolaev's collaboration with the KAZKA group
In parallel with Ignatchenko, he worked on a demo version of the song "Holy". The composition was to be performed by a then little-known team FAIRY TALE. The band's frontwoman brilliantly performed the work presented above at the Ukrainian musical project "X-factor". The performance of the song allowed Alexandra Zaritskaya (leader of KAZKA) to become a participant in the show.
In 2018, the track "Crying" was born on Iksiy Music (the track entered the repertoire of KAZKA). The musical work hit the music lovers in the very "heart". Taking advantage of the popularity, the guys dropped a full-length longplay, which was called "Karma". Ignatenko and Ermolaev were responsible for the final production.
The organizers of the label in this period of time recorded a disc for Alexander Malinin. The collection was called "Love is alive." Sergey also fruitfully collaborated with the former member of the NeAngely team Slava Kaminskaya, as well as the Ukrainian singer Yana Solomko.
Soon Doni presented a track called "Shards". Note that the work was composed by Sergei Ermolaev. In addition, Ermolaev pleased with the performance of the chorus in this song.
In 2019, KAZKA recorded the second studio album on Iksiy Music. Runstar was responsible for the lyrics on some of the songs. A year later, a video was filmed for the track RYSDVYANA. The music was composed by Ermolaev in collaboration with Konstantin Meladze.
