VovaZIL'Vova is a Ukrainian rap artist and lyricist. Vladimir began his creative path in the early 2000s. During this period of time, his biography has seen ups and downs. The track "Vova zi Lvova" provided the artist with his first recognition and popularity.
Childhood and youth
He was born on December 30, 1983. He was born on the territory of colorful Lviv. The real name of the artist is Vladimir Parfenyuk. Somewhat later, the family moved to the Sikhov region. Vova attended kindergarten and school. He had the most unpleasant memories of educational institutions.
Vladimir became a victim of psychological bullying by teachers and classmates. He calls this period of life one of the most difficult. When my mother guessed that something was wrong at school, she agreed to transfer Vova to another educational institution, for which he is very grateful to her.
During his school years, he became interested in playing basketball. Soon this passion grew into a desire to become a professional basketball player. He dreamed of going to America and becoming an NBA star.
And he also loved to sing. From grades 3 to 8, Vova was listed as a soloist in the vocal and instrumental ensemble "Rushnichok". In the mid-90s, VIA performed in France, Denmark and Turkey. In addition, the vocal and instrumental ensemble visited Poland at least once a year.
After graduating from high school, Vova moves to Kyiv. He entered the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts. For some time he lived in a hostel. Vova writes the first rap compositions during this period of time.
The creative path of VovaZIL'Vova on the M1 channel and Inter
In his first year at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, he got a job as an administrator at the Inter TV channel. At first, Vladimir thought about a career as a TV presenter, but after he saw the specifics of the profession in person, he abandoned this idea for a while.
In his second year, he wrote various television projects. At that time, he was no longer working at Inter, so he was looking for a new job. He came to the M1 channel with the project "RAPetition". The main director liked the project, but he said that "RAPetition" did not correspond to the format of the channel.
Then for some time he was the host of "Good". He was lucky to meet Roman Verkulich. The guys “finished off” the director and on the channel they nevertheless launched the eponymous rap project, which kept afloat until 2006.
Track lyrics
During the first six years in Kyiv, Vova constantly wrote the lyrics of the tracks. Without musical accompaniment, the lyrics came out obviously fresh, but the rapper set himself up for the best.
His friend had some equipment, so later, Vova began to record full-fledged tracks. The material accumulated, and the rapper understood that it could well result in recording a full-length album.
In 2006, the rapper's debut album was presented. The record was called “Wine, drinks, phonograph”. The longplay was topped by 16 tracks. Rap fans greeted the new product incredibly warmly. The songs “Good Old Tape Recorder”, “Vova zi Lvova” (rmx) (Max Chorny), “Hurry up to Live”, “Everything will be fine”, “Hot Dances” - went down with a bang to the Ukrainian public.
On the wave of popularity, the second studio album was presented. The record was called "YOY #1". An impressive number of rappers from Western Ukraine took part in the creation of the LP. A couple of years later, together with the MLLM team, the rapper presents the single "Pidiyamasya z us".
In the same year, a presentation of the show with the participation of Vova took place on the Ukrainian channel M1. We are talking about the project "Mazhori". The concept of the project was that the rapper made cool eyeliners for video clips. The show only lasted 4 months. In 2010, Vova took part in the recording of one of the largest collections of Lviv hip-hop "The Second ZAХХід".
LP premiere
In 2012, the premiere of the LP YoY#2 took place. The album was again filled with interesting collaborations. The collection includes 17 musical compositions. Clips were filmed for the most vicious tracks.
On the wave of popularity, the rapper presents another album. We are talking about the collection "Beautiful Inakshe". 12 tracks in the colorful Ukrainian language were warmly received not only by fans, but also by music critics.
“When I sat down and wrote”, “Atata (renebe)” (with the participation of Ivan Dorn), “I don’t give up rap” - were especially loved by music lovers.

He is married to the charming Ulyana Malinyak. The girl also realized herself in a creative profession - she sings and loves to perform on stage. Vova and Uliana often create collaborations. For example, in 2021 they released "Mamo, guess". The musicians recorded the composition as a token of gratitude to their parents for the gift of life, support and love.
VovaZIL'Vova at the present time
In 2019, the rapper presented the clips “Havay radist”, “Brother, turn around”, “to the dupe”. 2019, he gave a big interview to the Amnezia portal, in which he spoke about the fact that he is closely working on a new album. The new release will include 7 tracks. The disc will be called "Music of Joy in the Bіdovі Hour".
2020 was not without musical novelties. This year, the presentation of the clips “Day in your arms” and “Sumuvav without you assholes” took place. In August of the same year, the rapper's discography was replenished with the disc "Music of joy in the daytime." The rapper recorded a compilation at the HitWonder recording studio.
2021 started with good news. VovaZiLvova and MamaRika presented a joint track "Heart beats beats beats". A brilliant video clip was filmed for the composition. In addition, this year the premiere of the tracks “Sun”, “Mamo, guess” took place.
In 2021, the rapper supplemented the repertoire with the tracks “Kozhen navkolo that God” and “Na badyoroma”. In February 2022, the artist, together with COOL presented an unrealistically cool lyrical combination "Probach". The work was warmly welcomed by numerous fans of the artists.
