SOYANA, aka Yana Solomko, won the hearts of millions of Ukrainian music lovers. The popularity of the aspiring singer doubled after she became a member of the first season of the Bachelor project. Yana managed to get into the final, but, alas, the enviable groom preferred another participant.
Ukrainian viewers fell in love with Yana for her sincerity. She did not play for the camera, did not hide the fact that she grew up in an ordinary family with an average income. Solomko has a magical voice. Ukrainian songs sound especially beautiful in her performance.
Childhood and youth SOYANA
A charming girl was born on July 7, 1989 in the small provincial town of Chutovo (Poltava region). Today, mother and her younger brother live in the capital of Ukraine. And Yana recently moved to the territory of the Russian Federation.
Solomko delighted her family with impromptu performances from early childhood. Mom understood that her daughter had natural vocal abilities, so she tried to develop Yana's talent to the maximum. From the age of 8, the girl took part in prestigious music competitions. At one time, she was a participant in the Chervona Ruta festival and the television show I Want to Be a Star.
As a teenager, Solomko studied at the Chervona Ruta specialized vocal school. Then she moved to the very heart of Ukraine - the city of Kyiv. She studied at the educational institution for several years, then moved back to Poltava. After returning to her homeland, Yana entered a music school.
Solomko managed to become a student of a prestigious educational institution the first time. She studied at the Poltava Musical College for only two years. Then she transferred to a similar institution, but already in Kyiv.
Yana grew up in a very modest family, so from her youth she tried to earn money on her own for her maintenance. After classes, she sang in cafes and restaurants, and later took a position as a voice teacher at a private school.
The creative path of the artist
Soon the aspiring singer became a member of the Chance project. Ukrainian producer Igor Kondratyuk drew attention to Solomko. After participating in the program, Igor invited Yana to take part in a similar American version of the musical project.
She accepted the producer's offer, after which she joined the Glam team. The group consisted of five attractive and strong female vocalists. But, unfortunately, this project turned out to be a “failure”. The team announced its dissolution.
Solomko was not broken by this small setback. She continued to realize her creative potential. Soon, Yana and her friend created a team with a very original name "Iron Pills". Despite the fact that Solomko made a big bet on the group, the project again turned out to be a “failure”.
The peak of the popularity of the singer SOYANA
The girl became very popular after she became a participant in the first season of the Bachelor show, which was broadcast by the Ukrainian STB TV channel. Yana won the hearts of the audience so much that the number of her fans increased hundreds of thousands of times.
The audience fell in love with Solomko for her human qualities. On the project, she often performed lyrical compositions. Yana immediately declared herself as a finalist. When the choice was between two girls, the bachelor gave preference to rival Solomko.
After participating in the Bachelor project, Yana woke up famous. She already had her own army of fans. It remains only to launch your project. Soon Natalia Mogilevskaya invited the singer to become a member of her team. Yana was among the participants of REAL O. From that moment on, the most fruitful period of the artist's life began.
The members of the team did not get tired of replenishing the repertoire with driving tracks. The fans especially liked the songs: "Yolki", "Without him", "Moon". In 2012, the team won the "Group of the Year" nomination. It was a success.
The beginning of a solo career
A few years after this significant event, Yana left the REAL O group. It was a logical decision. Solomko has long grown as a professional singer, and, of course, she wanted to realize herself as a solo singer. At this time, she released compositions: “Hymn of a happy woman”, Boga Ya, “Behind you”.
Soon she took part in the show "Voice", which took place in Turkey. On stage, the singer sang to the jury and the audience the Ukrainian composition "Verbova Plank". Three of the five members of the jury turned to face Solomko. This allowed Yana to go further. On the project, she often performed dance tracks. Especially vividly she presented the song Donna Summer Bad Girls. After participating in the show, the singer said that she gained invaluable experience.
In 2016, Yana could be seen in the program of the Ukrainian TV channel "STB" "Weighted and happy." The artist signed a contract with the TV channel. Solomko's work style impressed the audience and participants of the project. The only thing is that the girl took everything to heart. In one of the broadcasts, she could not stand it and burst into tears right on the air.

After losing in the Bachelor project, her heart was torn with pain. In her interviews, she sincerely said that Max (the bachelor of the show) broke her heart with his choice. The girl wanted to believe that he would return, and this is just a stupid scenario of the organizers of the show "The Bachelor". The miracle didn't happen. Yana at first maintained friendly relations with Max, but soon their communication ceased.
In 2014, it became known that Yana got married. Her chosen one was a guy named Oleg. He was in the shipping business. Solomko told reporters that she met her future husband abroad. The girl realized that it was with this man that she wanted to spend her whole life and give birth to children for him.
In 2015, Yana and her husband had a daughter, who was named Kira. Yana and Oleg were overjoyed. Yana shared her emotions with fans. She said that the greatest happiness for a woman is to be a mother. In addition, the celebrity said that she does not want to stop at one child.
In addition to working in a recording studio and on stage, the artist has many hobbies. She attends the gym, fitness and loves to swim. The girl is not indifferent to literature. Favorite type of recreation is reading with a cup of warm tea.
Interestingly, while participating in the Bachelor project, she succumbed to harsh criticism from haters because of her excess weight. Then Solomko was not thin, but her slight fullness suited her.
Today, Yana pays a lot of attention to proper nutrition. She is a vegan. Solomko spends at least an hour on a morning run. A healthy diet and exercise keep your body in perfect shape. The dietary restrictions of the star did not affect her husband.
Solomko and her family spent the winter in warmer climes. Yana devotes a lot of time to her daughter. By the way, she, like her star mother, sings beautifully. Most likely, Kira will also follow in the footsteps of the singer.

In 2017, the singer presented her new composition "Zakohana" to fans of her work. A year later, the presentation of the video for the track "Mata Hari" took place. Both works were warmly received by "fans" and music critics.
In 2019, she released the EP Without Poison. The news about the release of a new musical work "blocked" the information about Yana's divorce from her husband. The singer commented on the divorce with Oleg simply: “They didn’t agree on the characters.” The celebrity also focused on the fact that she would not like to comment on the topic of divorce. Because she understands that soon her daughter will grow up, and this topic may become painful for her.
2020 has not been left without musical innovations. The singer's repertoire has been replenished with tracks: "Smoke", "Get lost", "Se la vie". Now Yana performs under the creative pseudonym Soyana.
