Childhood and youth of Valery Kharchishin
He was born on the territory of the provincial town of Lyubara (Zhytomyr region, Ukraine). Valery calls himself a happy child, because he had a cool childhood. In one of the interviews, the Ukrainian rocker was asked if he dreamed of popularity and fame. Kharchishin replied:
“The dreams of modern youth are different from my childhood desires: I don’t remember to associate success and popularity with such universal things as a car or wealth. I dreamed a lot, but it was not as big as today's young people. I understood that it was necessary to work hard. To get an education. In the end, I came to what I dreamed of as a child ... "
He didn't do well in school. In addition, the young man also attended a music school. Valery showed a desire to learn how to play the trumpet. At the end of the 80s of the last century, Kharchishin received a matriculation certificate. After that, Valery became a student at the local music school. He chose the department of wind instruments for himself.
The young man showed himself as the most talented and active student. After receiving a musical education, he tried his hand at several Ukrainian ensembles.
In the mid-90s, he became the head of the Oreya team. It was in this group that he gained experience that helped him reach certain heights in creativity. Together with "Oreya", Valery toured a lot in Europe.
The creative path of the artist
Around the same period of time, Kharchishin, together with V. Skuratovsky and S. Baranovsky, “put together” their own musical project. The brainchild of the guys was called Second River. At the sunset of the 90s, musicians perform under the sign "Druga Rika". The group of artists really developed well, the albums sold well, and some of them received the status of "gold" LPs.
In 1999, they took first place at the festival "Future of Ukraine". The career of Ukrainian rockers is developing so rapidly that they were eagerly awaited at the best concert venues in their native country (and not only).
Together with the team, he released several unrealistically cool LPs, singles and a little over 30 clips. The Ukrainian rock band has an unrealistic number of performances at festivals and concert tours, as well as the opening of its own project. The project includes large-scale concerts and recording of duets with advanced bands.
Car accident involving Valery Kharchishin
In 2007, fans of the artist's work had to worry a lot about their idol. As it turned out, the artist was in a serious car accident. He received severe injuries, as a result of which he was forced to spend a long time in a hospital bed.
During the rehabilitation period, Kharchishin did not sit idle. He continued to develop his project. Valery began to create new works for a fresh LP. In 2008, the band presented the disc "Fashion".
2008 also surprised fans with the fact that the Ukrainian rocker tried his hand as a presenter. In 2009, the premiere of the album The Best took place. The compilation was topped by the team's best work.

A year later, the rocker founded the project "I will live." The idea of creating a project resulted from personal experiences and losses. This project was supported by many top Ukrainian artists. The rocker contributed to the filming of the video and photo project “I will live”, the purpose of which is to help identify the disease at an early stage.

At the end of the 90s, the rocker began an affair with a girl named Julia. In 2007, the girl gave the man a child, and a year later they officially legalized the relationship. The couple is raising three children.
In the artist's life there were losses that brought him a lot of pain. So, in 2013, he lost his brother Vasily. He died of blood lymphoma. The artist said that his brother could live if the doctors made a diagnosis in time.
Kharchishin shared that at first they were treating bronchitis and no one had any idea that his brother needed to be saved from another illness. After the cancer was discovered, the first chemotherapy was given. But, later the disease returned.

On September 11, 2021, Valery Kharchishin and his team pleased with the release of the composition "Ostannya". The artist commented on the release of the track:
