With the onset of the war, the family was evacuated to Tashkent. The move did not discourage Vladimir from making music. He entered the local conservatory. In 43, Shainsky joined the ranks of the Red Army.

With this piece of music, Vladimir and Yuri went to Soyuzmultfilm. Vladimir created a number of compositions for children's cartoons. His prestige and popularity increased significantly. In the 70s of the last century, he presented the children's opera "Three Against Marabuk", as well as a number of funny musicals designed for a children's audience.
He loved to experiment. Throughout his life he composed musical works, operas, musicals. Shainsky toured a lot and even managed to star in several films. He always got small and unremarkable roles, but he was still grateful for the opportunity to show his acting skills.
