ERIA is a Ukrainian singer, member of the Mysterya group, soloist of the Rock Opera Mozart show. She took part in the musical projects "X-Factor" and "Voice of the Country".
Several times Irina Boyarkina (real name of the singer) took part in the national selection "Eurovision". She has never managed to become a representative of a music competition from Ukraine. Who knows, maybe 2022 will change everything.
Childhood and youth of Irina Boyarkina
The artist's date of birth is October 16, 1986. She was born in the small village of Pogrebishche. Almost nothing is known about Irina's childhood years. One thing is clear for sure - she began to sing early, and she loved this occupation very much.
After receiving a matriculation certificate, Boyarkina submitted documents to the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts. For some time she worked as a computer graphics master.
In an interview, Boyarkina said that working as a designer did not give her absolutely any pleasure. She went to work with one goal - to earn money to boost her musical career.
The creative path of the singer ERIA
Irina began her musical career in 2007. It was then that she joined the Ukrainian band Mysterya. The guys coolly "made" tracks in the style of symphonic rock (one of the types of progressive rock).
A year later, the musicians, led by Irina, began touring. They pleased with performances not only Ukrainian, but also foreign fans.
Meanwhile, Irina joined the Semargl team in 2013. She performed several memorable singles. A year later, the singer became a member of X-Factor. In the team of Igor Kondratyuk, the artist took an honorable 6th place.
In 2017, the All-Ukrainian tour of the Ukrainian adaptation of the French musical Mozart, l'opéra rock took place. Irina became a member of the musical. The director entrusted the wife of Mozart to play the actress.
Participation in the VILNA project
During this period of time, she is listed as part of the VILNA project. In 2018, as part of the team, she presented the track Forest Song. With this composition, the team took part in the National selection "Eurovision". The audience gave a lot of votes for Irina. Thus, she bypassed such performers as FAIRY TALE и Sergei Babkin. But then she failed to take first place. Another artist left Ukraine - MELOVIN.
April 2018 was marked by the release of a new single. We are talking about the composition BEREZA. Music lovers were pleasantly impressed by the work. The song was "stuffed" with the best sounds of drum and bass and dubstep.
In early December, she appeared in "Karaoke on the Maidan" already under the creative pseudonym ERIA. Under the updated name, the song SVITLO was released.
A year later, the Ukrainian singer presented the work "Tiki Ti", created in collaboration with the EDM project Makitra. The premiere of the acoustic version of the musical work took place in October 2019.

The singer rarely talks about the personal. Not too long ago, she posted a photo that accompanied the post: "Today we celebrate our 6th anniversary." She is most likely married. A photo with a spouse is a rarity. Irina gives herself entirely to creativity.

In 2021, she took part in the project "The Voice of the Country". At first, Irina came under the "wing" of Monatik, but then moved to the team of Nadya Dorofeeva. By the way, at the "blind auditions" she presented the track Chris Isaac - Wicked Game. The artist's performance was included in the selection of the best performances of the project.
In addition, this year she recorded several incredibly cool covers. Lavigne - When You're Gone has over 200 thousand views on YouTube. This year also saw the premiere of the Lilith video, as well as the original tracks "Vogon" and "Dikhay".
In 2022, it became clear that she would take part in the National Eurovision Selection. On January 13, 2022, ERIA presented a piece of music with which she plans to go to the international competition. The competition composition is called Mavka, and the artist also presented a video clip with it. “I ask for maximum repost of this video, if you want this song to represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2022,” the artist addressed her fans.
